JCC would make today's 135 look mediocre?

To be fair to Floyd - and I'm not a fan believe me - he did have a turn rotatory cuff in the first fight, and comfortably beat what was probably a prime Castillio in the 2nd fight.

JCC would probably beat Floyd though at 135 or 140 given Floyd's style, he's not going to be able to take Chavez body shots if he lays back on the ropes.

130 is a much closer fight, I'd probably edge towards Mayweather actually given his more aggressive style at that weight compared to the higher weight classes he fought in.

I honesty can't see Chavez beating Whitaker at 135 or 147. It's not easy to take 7 rounds off of a prime version of the greatest defensive fighter of the modern era, and perhaps of all-time. Not to mention Pernell's offense is very under-rated.

I've said Chavez would beat Camacho pre-Rosario at 135, probably via stoppage, but there's no way he beats him as easily as he did when they actually fought, at 140 post-Rosario.

Sweet pea did get robbed. I'm a chavez fan but after rewatching the fight I couldn't find a way to score it a draw. But camacho gets his ass handed to him at any weight or age.

Ive seen Castillo vs Floyd 1 and for the life of me the fight could have gone either way. Theres no robbery. I actually thought Floyd squeaked by. I still think Floyd decisions Chavez, the man would run and potshot all night and you cant cut him off

I can't see how anyone can justify a PBF win. The rounds were as clear as they get.

PBF is not hard to cut off. Hell, DLH did a great job at cutting off the ring and he is not known for that.

The reason why PBF looks like this spectacular pot shotter is because of the level of competition he fights.

Have you said anything worth replying to? Your big point seems to be that Camacho would get beat up less pre-Rosario than post-Rosario. ok fine, he gets beat up a little less but he still gets beat up ok?

ummm yeah... I went wild :nut

They fought at 140. Camacho was a reigning champion with several good wins directly before their fight. JCC absolutely brutalized Camacho like he was a D level fighter. Those are facts. It's pretty tough to deny what actually happened, they got it on tape bro. You can watch it for yourself.

You didn't even know that JCC beat Camacho, why are you still posting? Just don't post in any thread that doesn't have to do with Pac ok? It really exposes your boxing ignorance.

This thread is not dimishing JMM. I love JMM, but he would be in against a bigger, stronger JCC and he's not winning that fight. JMM isn't a natural LW, and he didn't even enter the LW ranks until he was freakin' 35 yrs old.

Just hush, child.... go to sleep. :dead

Cutting off the ring and playing possum into the ropes are two differnt things. Floyd loves to lay on the ropes, he ****in abused DLH when he on it. He check hooked hatton as well. Although I agree DLH is the worst at cutting off someone.

I jsut see Floyd jabbing and running and if Floyd decides hes going to do that, hes pretty much unbeatable.

:rofl I couldn't take you serious after you said that PBF ABUSED DLH. PBF got ONE great punch off the ropes the entire fight.

No one is unbeatable, JLC proved PBF was very beatable, and ODLH who was way past his prime fought a very close fight to lose a SD.

A fresh, strong, prime JCC brutalizes PBF. He had too many weapons. Look what he did to Camacho, and what he did to Taylor!

I've made several worthwhile posts in this thread and since you lasted responded, unlike yourself.

Your had opportunity to reply but instead you've been put in your place by me, Sweet Pea and chimba.

You should probably just close your account now.

There's a difference between you and Chimba and Sweet Pea. He just think Pernell wins over JCC, which might be true. Chimba didn't know that JCC and Camacho actually fought, and you're trying to make some huge deal out of the fact that you think Camacho gets beat up a little less pre-Rosario than post-Rosario. Like anyone gives a **** lol, he still gets a baaaad beating.

Yeah you really put me in my place. Dumbass. You've had nothing to say in this thread since it started except Camacho gets less of a beating pre-Rosario. Is that supposed to be some huge relevant comment worth fighting over?

FYI, Camacho was the 140 lb champ and just coming off probably his best wins before fighting JCC, and JCC beat Rosario even worse than he did Camacho, which is really saying something. The problem with people like you, who have either stupid points or no point, is that you just never quit. Stupidity is too stupid to recognize itself.

You've had nothing to say apart from making out that Chavez is pretty much unbeatable at 135 and that you think he's on-par with Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson and Sugar Ray Leonard, which would put him in the top 5 ATG fighters given that Robinson is top 4 material.

And I'm merely telling you that every single person on this forum would disagree.

All you did was bring up some **** about EM, MAB and JMM about me apparently ranking them top 10 ATG's when I never even mentioned any of them. Merely trying to divert the attention away from your woeful comments and hilarious lack of boxing knowledge.
