I like the stretching and I NEED to incorporate that more in my training. What do your footwork drills consist of? Lots of side to side with bobbing and weaving I imagine. Great job btw.
I love it too, it's a bit boring but it makes me feel all fuzzy and athletic inside We practised moving while punching. First moving forward while jabbing, next including the straight right. Then we did the same going backwards, and later to the sides. Thanks mate
