    Awesome.

    I hate riding a bikes since I feel I have to "crack" my knees. It is an obsessive-compulsive thing.

    I like the stretching and I NEED to incorporate that more in my training.

    What do your footwork drills consist of? Lots of side to side with bobbing and weaving I imagine.

    I love it too, it's a bit boring but it makes me feel all fuzzy and athletic inside :D

    We practised moving while punching. First moving forward while jabbing, next including the straight right. Then we did the same going backwards, and later to the sides.

    I'm covered in ****ing bruises. A shiner on my left eye, a few roughed up spots on my face, and bruises on both my hips from body shots.
