Difficult question. Marquez is an amazing combination puncher, Floyd is a defensive master, and Hopkins is very clever both offensively and defensively. I'd probably go with Hopkins as he has relied on his skill and wit alone to overcome physical liabilities like declining stamina and hand speed.

As far as pure skill goes, I vote Hopkins. I'd also rate him much higher all-time.

Floyd Mayweather is more complete, then Hopkins, then Marquez, the fact is offensively Marquez is better then Mayweather and Hopkins. Hopkins and Mayweather have better defense and don't throw punches as wide as Marquez does. You never see Mayweather or Hopkins get beat up or caught as much as Marquez does, plus they have better chins then Marquez.

mayweather. clearly. hopkins and jmm flaws led them to lose fights. i'm not saying that pbf has no flaws, he just does a really good job of hinding them

The completely obvious choice is FM.
The obvious alternative choice would be Hopkins.
JMM would be a very obvious 3rd choice.
But.... JMM has done what FM couldn't/wouldn't - fight the very best and come up a winner.

I'd say JMM because he fights cleaner. He cheats less. They are all quite skilled.

    :lol:Valid point.

Offensively it is JMM.PBF is more efficient with his offence.PBF is also more physically/athletically gifted than JMM.Add his defence and he may have the more well rounded skill set.
