One of the most overlooked motivational skills in the history of life. Yes i am talking about Vanity, not many people want to admit or face the fact that Vanity, gets you and keeps you in shape. I have been in semi retirement from competition in sport since i was 18, i have never really been out of shape, messed around abit, got to big...but. For 4 years i have completely ran off Vanity, Bernard Hopkins has never been seen out of shape, never been seen without the leanness of a race horse, it has not happened. Vanity did that to him, there is no real big moral to this topic.

I was just bringing up something. That Vanity is a motivational stimulis..!

Infact let's talk about Motivational Stimulis..! are you pissed off, do you want pay back, do you want to impress someone, do you want respect..?

    Being Pissed off.

Now this is possible the most powerfull motivational stimulis, but it can do you damage, if you don't have the skill to control this stimulant.

Are you pissed off..? I know i am..

    Why..?

Very true, vanity is a powerful motivator. Anger was my prime motivator for a long time, but as you say it can wreck you.

It can be anything..................could even be something little. When i was younger, i would get motivated. If someone said.."You can't do it". You could have demon's, you want to tackle....?

    Power and Respect.....?

VANITY.. correct spelling. 'Vanity' makes clowns post semi-naked pictures of themselves, on.. of all things.. a BOXING SITE.. El ***** -cat... get over yourself. You Idiot.

Courage, and 'internal pride'.. being courage, is what induces the 'greats' to make foolish returns to the fight game.

Proving yourself wrong. Overcoming adversity. And this may sound weird, a tribute to someone.
