Pac was the underdog and JMM was the favorite, but nobody could ever convince me that the weight-drained ghost of Oscar that showed up was a tougher challenge than a prime Juan Diaz.

pac dominated de la hoya, who was supposed to knock pac out in 5 rounds. that is impressive. but jmm-diaz is a far better fight.

Ultimately Marquez fought and beat a live opponent - Pacquiao didn't. On paper, Pacquiao - in reality, Marquez.

 wrong analysis..you cant analyze something with no perspective. Pac completely destroyed DLH getting hit twice the whole fight. JMM it was a masterful but more of a gutsy performance as well.

You cant fault a guy for being dominant. He fought the "ghost" of Oscar and beat the fishnets out of it.

    good answer
yeah for all the wrong reasons.... oscar controls his own marketing so obviously hes going to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure this fight was remembered.... he was just remembered for losing in stead of winning

hell pac was more impressive.. jmm vs diaz: jmm wasnt that impressive in the first half of the fight.. he was the favorite to win the fight but was being dominated by juan.. although he went strong and the fashion that he stoped him was impressive.. pacon the other hand was under dog, people here was saying that he will be killed and that oscar is gonna knock him out in 1 round, but on fight night it was a totaly diffrent thing pac had the right game plan, its not his fault that hoya in like the zombie he was, he might hve been good for 3 to 4 rounds but he was dominated from the first to the stopage wich was impresive i was really amazed on the way he dominated the fight, and the way he put to critics to silence, there is no more impressive victory for an under dog to win in a fight..

    Not even close.

On paper ODLH vs Pac was meant to be the tougher fight ... but a completely shot DLH turned up and barely threw a punch. Lesser fighters than Pac would have stopped him. DLH looked so bad I hope he retires.

JMM faced a hungry young fighter in Diaz who was always going to give it everything he had. It's easily the more impressive victory.

the midget underdog moved 10 more pounds up and obliterated, won all rounds and shot to pieces the giant and heavy favorite oscar.

the heavy favorite jmm got constipation against grandpa's nate leftover.

now if you cant figure that out, then i have nothing to say..

JMM vs a prime non stop pressure fighter or Pac vs a weight drained Oscar? hmm thats hard

only reason ppl talk about pac vs odlh is because hoya is a legend

Pacman over DLH and easily. Marquez wasn't moving up two weight divisions and a huge underdog going into this fight, if anything most people picked him to win, the way he did it was impressive. EVERYTHING Pacquiao did against DLH was shocking and impressive.
