Zero doubt about what? Again, if he was not in the state pen, he would have one at least one belt or possilby more.

How so?? Ibeabuchi has ONE clear win over a rated contender, the under-sized Chris Byrd. His victory over Tua was close and disputed. Other than that, he fought nobodies. I'll take a proven contender like Ruddock over that any day.

Ibeabuchi is the most overrated HW of the last 20 years. Easily.

What are you talking about. For a fighter to come out and fight and beat Byrd and Tua, it speaks volumes. If he did not cut his career short, who knows who else he would have fought in the top ten. Tua lost. It was competive and close, but Tua lost. Check out all of your ATG and they have padded their records with nobodies too. I just had a strong feeling he would have been a strong force and champion.

  4. Zero doubt about what you said, here:

"I truly believe Ike would have gained at least a belt if it wasn't for his mental health issues and his crimes."

More plainly, I am agreeing with you. Ike would have gained at least one belt, probably more. Perhaps he would have unified. Excluding LL and a couple others, there were a number of mediocre talents and near bums holding an alphabet title variously post 1999 to the present.

:rofl Tua was catching him clean and was IMO breaking him down before being robbed, a peak Tyson would've did a # on this guy, as he is far superior to Tua in speed, skill and power.

I think Ike would take Ruddock's punch and then stop him mid rounds.

Absolutely agree. I love how he never fought one decent fighter taller than 6' but yet you've got people saying he'd easily take out bigger heavyweights without any questioning of the fact he never fought any.

In 91 prime ruddock went to war against tyson, who also was close to prime. In ther first fight ruddock attacked tyson more furiously than tyson never had been attacked before. In a great give and take he was stopped prematurely in the seventh round, after having tyson hurt bad in the sixth.
In the rematch, tyson and ruddock just went at it, throwing bombs for 12 rounds. None of them were ever the same after that war...Tyson won on points.

Hardly a blasting if you ask me.
Against morrison, ruddock was in bad shape after a long layoff. still he was beating morrison , having him down in the first round. Actually he was on his way to stopping morrison when tommey landed a hail mary left hook, still ruddock rose, and again was stopped prematurely....

The lewis loss, here ruddock was overnervous, lennox landed a huge bomb early, and was able to take ruddock out in the second round. A loss to a guy who went on to become the best heavyweight of the last 25 years..

Prime Ruddock was a good boxer also, he used that ability in his later fights from 97-01. And he would use them to keep Ike at distance, slowing him down with his smash, that he actually also threw with his right hand.
Ruddock would stop Ike around round 8.....

Now Lennox Lewis , as a kid with Cus D'mato sparred with both Mike Tyson and Razor Ruddock and handled both getting the better of both. As for Ike and Kirk as I said I was in the gym at least 3 days a week , either Curtis's Home of Champions gym or BMI gym in Ft Worth and to my knowledge they never sparred.
The man I feel sorry for is Curtis, one of boxings real good guys,as he had two heavyweights both capable of bringing him the title. Both fell short for very different reasons. Though Kirk really KO'd John Ruiz for the WBC title but Ruiz oscar winning acting and Joe Cortez biasness got him DQ'd

I think Ibeabuchi will withstand Ruddocks assault and eventually TKO Ruddock late.

actually thats not true..........ruddock had 2 wins and 1 loss against lewis in the amatuers...........and lennox still has his own blood on his shoes........i got the lewis/ruddock prefight press conferance and they both talk about it.......it happened.....lennox didnt handle ruddock easily as an amatuer......although he did as a pro...........lennox was1 and 1 against jorge luis gonzales 4 the record...........and curtis cokes for the last time told me over the phone....kirk johnson used beat on ike in the gym........what curtis liked about ike....he kept coming back.......fuk dude ike had a chance to fight razor ruddock in 99 on hbo and turned it down....so did david tua....pm me...ill show u the hbo article.......ruddock in 99 was 35 yrs old.......

QUESTION DO U GUYS THINK IKE IBEABUCHI WOULDA WENT 19 RDS WITH TYSON...........CAUSE I HIGHLY DOUBT IT........I THINK LENNOX LEWIS ENDED RUDDOCKS CAREER/CONFIDENCE WAS LOST.......IM TALKIN BOUT 89 TO 92 VERSION OF DONOVAN RAZOR RUDDOCK.
