Any Pac wins = SHOT,ROBBERY,WEIGHT DRAINED,OLD,BUM,PUNCHING BAGS

Any Marquez wins = OMG SO SUPER!!! Oh em gee! He beat the prime of the primest of his prime! We r p4p #1!

I'm becoming now a ******* from the insults coming from everyone. No wonder PacDbest acts that way.

there is definitely double standards between the two. marquez has had two tough fights and pac made his comp look easy. isn't that what a p4p fighter is supposed to do, make it look easy.

marquez has had great wins, the only reason it is considered better victory's is because they were hard fought fights. if he dismanmtled diaz the way pac did against david he would be nothing more than hype or overated. however marquez has fought the youngest opponent which should be praised.

I don't think anybody said Marquez beat a prime Barrera. On the other hand, Pac also lost to a past his prime Morales and for many people he lost twice against Marquez.
In my eyes Marquez' win over Diaz is more significant than Pac's against ODLH. Still, when it comes to accomplishment, Pacquiao is ahead.

That's why he is the p4p champ.

that comment is just so stupid. lots of people think pac won, does that make them irrational. just because you beleive something it doesn't mean you are right or anyone with the opposite opinion is wrong. i had pac winning the second fight, does that make me irrational.

When pac destroyed iron chin diaz people were down playing his victory by saying that diaz was a bum and was tailor made for him. But when JMM fought Juarez (who already lost and got schooled by MAB) people were giving him a pass as if rocky wasn't tailor made for him. atsch

When pac went up 2 divisions and made giant oscar quit the credit was again taken away by saying Oscar was drained/shot/past his prime and to think people were saying before the fight that any version of oscar was going to KTFO pac. But when JMM was involved in a war with Diaz and beat him he automatically becomes P4P no. 1.

Truth be told that if it was pac who fought Juan who i believe would have knock and destroy diaz easily everyone would talk about how this win isn't **** because diaz was "exposed" and beat by campbell already so pac wouldn't get any credit again....

I won't be surprise IF pac beats hatton people here would be calling him shot and past his prime. :-(

WTF are you talking about Enzo? It's pretty obvious that the 29 yr OLD MAB was COMPLETELY SHOT in Pac-MAB I! It was just by some MIRACLE that MAB went on to win his next 5 fights and won a superfeather belt in the process. And by some MIRACLE AGAIN, MAB WAS AT HIS PEAK AT 33 when he fought and nearly beat the great JMM!
The 37 yr old Casa was in his prime when he as KO by JMM, are you so blind that you can't see this glaring FACT!atsch

Yup! Morales was peak during thier first fight but completey SHOT on their next two meetings!

While PAC was completely busy fighting MAB and Morales...JMM was busy fighting world class fighters such as Jaca,Salido,Jandaeng..:happy:happy:happy

CASA is such as great fighter that he really school sta. cruz all night long:rofl

Lastly, JMM never never never never lost any fight at all. Blame all the losses to the incompetent JUDGES and CORRUPT..... BUT IF the judge happens to have the same score as I am DAMN! those judges are excellent, no sign of imcompetent and defenitely NOT corrupt!

JMM fought more old fighters than Pac (7 for JMM and 4 for Pac) yet it was Pac who's getting all the flaks for beating old men! Is it double standard? Your guess is as good as mine!nut:nut

When Pac had his breakout win in 2003 against MAB, JMM was fighting Gaineer and Medina

When Pac was fingtin his trilogy with EM and Larrios , JMM was fighting Salido, Polo, and losin to CJ in Indonesia. This was probably the time when the biggest disparity of both fighter's career occured.

When Pac was fightin his mega-event fight with ODLH and then another one with Hatton this May, JMM was finally havin' his big fights with Casamayor and JDiaz.

The only time that their career was at a level was during those fights they had against each other.

And here's another thought. Pac's future should he win in May 2 looks brighter than JMM.
Pac has potential fights with the likes of Cotto, Mosley, and even PBF for another mega fight. While JMM might be stuck fightin' contenders in the LW, or against Hatton (IF he loses). His biggest money fight could probably be against Khan (should he get past MAB).

Pac maybe the best P4P and JMM may always be second fiddle to him but there is one area where Pac was perceived to be the best when in reality JMM is much, much better than Pac and that's in BEATING OLD FIGHTERS!
It's on records that JMM has beaten 7 fighters aged 33 and above while Pac has only 4 including MAB in the rematch and JMM himself in the 2nd fight!
