Punches That Really Would Have KOed Anyone?

    I hate the whole premise of "That shot would have KOed anyone", and don't believe it is true. That said, there are murderous shots as those that have been mentioned that would seriously test the chins of any fighter. Hearns hitting Duran is pure lightning.

    Kofi Jantuah's hooks on Daniel Santos and Marco Antonio Rubio. For a guy with a less then amazing KO ratio the guy could friggin' punch at times.

    The left hook Roberto Duran hit Ray Lampkin with in the 14th round of their lightweight title fight. Ray was in a wheelchair for weeks afterwards, and his career was ruined.

    See Abraham vs. Gevor...that was a nasty knockout and even a heavyweight would've had probs to swallow that bomb in my opinion.

    This is the crap I am talking about. Tarver vs Jones? Johnson vs Jones? :lol::rofl

    Those punches KOed Glass Jaw Roy Jones. They would not have KOed several other fighters.

    No such punch exists.

    Would Hearns have KOed Hagler with the punch that KOed Duran? No way. Hearns probably hit Hagler with a harder punch but Hagler kept coming.

    Guys like Hagler, McCall and LaMotta are unstoppable IMHO.

    I agree with you 100%. I tried to tell a few of the nuthuggers on here in another thread about Glass Jaws that LaMotta, McCall, etc. were unstoppable but they did not want to hear that.

    Just look at the idiot in this thread that said the Tarver and Johnson punches that KOed Glass Jaw Roy Jones would have KOed anyone. :lol::rofl

    That is laughable.

    Can take it a step further when you look at fighters that can eat a flush kick to the head n keep coming there is no way you are stopping those with a punch.
