It was sooo ****ing transparent that Cotto would be fighting Clottey...I think that is a bad fight for Cotto, I think that he wuld be better served going after Berto first, I really dont think that cotto is ready for another fight that is going to be rough, with a much bigger stronger guy....

mosley probably could have fought in clotteys place but he didnt want to fight in msg again.... he's probably going to wind up waiting on the hatton & pacman match and hope he can get a piece of 1 of them 2... but i doubt it...

with nate C. jmm & floyd available... i dont see any reason hatton or pacman would want to fight shane.... both of them would lose & lose ugly

 

I would have liked to see a rematch between Cotto and Mosley, with Clottey getting a shot at the winner.

 

I'm surprised Clottey is ahead, usually then I read these forums Cotto is always the favorite.

I got Cotto by decision. Higher work rate and superior boxing skills should prevail.

It all depends on what Cotto decides to do IMO.

Yo I think its a tough fight for Cotto but he needs to be the aggressor. He needs to back Clottey up and dodge Clotteys shots by moving side to side not backwards. Cotto needs to be Cotto and not loose his tempo because of how boring Clottey is:dead. Cotto be patient and dont loose your energy going for the knockout because it wont happen. Cotto UD since Clottey cannot finish a fight even though his man weighs 20 pounds less than him.

 

I like Cotto by decison, but the fight will be a war, and I see Cotto getting hurt a few times in this one, but I also see Cotto as being able to do much better in terms of meaningful shots scored

 

I just hope Clottey has no excusses at the end of this fight, and it all goes down.
This should be a great fight while it last's. Something tell's me though that Clottey
will go into his shell the moment the bell rings.
(I hope not)

Clottey has the style to make Cotto's look bad, But he has to throw back for it to work.
or else he's going to make a great punching bag for Cotto's body work.
