Not many boxers are well known around the world so your point seems insignificant. Are you just talking about America? I can tell you that nobody in Europe knows any current top American HWs.

Only because Wlad fullfilled his mandatory by fighting Rahman, the next highest IBF ranked fighter & because Valuev & Chagaev want no part of fighting him for unification. If the WBA & Valuev or Chagaev's handlers would allow a unification match Haye would be out in the cold.

    Do you agree?

Boring? Because a man decided to not get hit and hit his opponents.
PBF gave us some boring fights? I'd rather give a boring fight than lose a fight. David Haye did give us some entertaining moments, he flopped across the ring numerous times against 38yr old Carl

I agree that unification fights are higher priority than taking on champs from lower weight divisions.

You are being WAY too general. Their styles are NOT alike. Just because they both like to come forward and have good punching power sure as hell doesn't make Arreola a "poor man's Sam Peter". That is just silly.

First of all. Arreola has better technique. He is also a good counterpuncher, which Sam Peter isn't. Arreola also throws a MUCH wider variety of punches from all different angles, and uses MUCH more movement. Arreola also throws combinations in a manner that Peter doesn't and also throws more punches in general. Arreola is also a taller fighter, so their approach and punching angles are different. Arreola can also fight going backwards... using his counterpunching that I mentioned earlier. He also bends and moves at the hips more.

Peter on the other hand seems to carry more raw strength with him. He keeps a more sturdy base and seems to keep his balance underneath him in a better manner. Peter is more of a one punch at a time, or a 1-2 puncher. He doesn't really bring the punches from different angles when his opponent is covering up... he does more of a clubbing shot, forcing his punches in rather than trying to sneak them in the open areas.

Good lord, you guys don't look too deep into a fighter's style do you?

So being the undisputed champ at 1 weight lower than WALDO meant nothing then?

Come off it Chef, I know you're paid to be biased and all that but at least give Haye credit for doing at Cruiserweight what WALDO HAS YET TO DO AT HEAVYWEIGHT EH???

    EH?????

That's all fair comment, PBF was/is the best fighter in the world P4P without a shadow of a doubt.

Those statements still don't have much bearing on how the Haye/WALDO fight will go though.
