He's not, but Winky's defence isn't as good as B-Hop's.

What's worse is people who claim to be boxing fans but choose to remain ignorant of the promotional and business aspects of the sport. If Pavlik/Abraham were to happen in June, a PPV would absolutely tank. If you doubt me, walk down the street and asked 20 people who Kelly Pavlik and Arthur Abraham are. If you're lucky, one might know who Pavlik is. None will no Arthur. HBO doesn't want the fight without a proper build up, especially for Abraham.

Where would you suggest Arum and Sauerland get the money to pay both fighters? Arthur makes about $700K per fight. He's asking $2 million plus German TV rights to fight Pavlik. AA could easily stay in Germany and have a nice safe career fighting no-hopers. It will take big bucks to get him to come over here and lose his title.

Pavlik made $2.5 million for Gary ****ing Lockett. He made $3 million for BHop, and over $1 million for Rubio. Why the **** would he fight Abraham for less than he can make to fight Duddy, or the winner of Winky/Williams?

If Pavlik/Abraham is going to get made, it's going to require some smart promotional finesse. Right now it's just another fight hard core fans want, and guess what? The majority of the money doesn't come from us. The big bucks come from drawing in the casual fans and creating new fans. If you find that difficult to comprehend, maybe you should stick to following the WNBA.

    Shamrock, write this down!

    Winky will beat Paul Williams.

Pavlik/Wright, a fight that has been brewing FOR YEARS, will finally happen later this year.

Winky Wright will go out on his shield via a 10th or 11th round stoppage.

    Again: That was a mandatory...

By the way: Why do you all talk about what will come after the AA vs. Pavlik fight? Do you really have the illusion that Pav can win against AA? Pav will definitely have a break after the fight, because he'll have to get over his second loss and the first time being koed. :D

Did you read the post I quoted? I saw the AA-Raul Marquez fight and AA beat the fighting spirit out of RM. Good performance. So Lorenzo is no world beater either despite his highlight KO recently.

Yes I did, did you? I am just giving you a hard time, it was Raul Marquez like you say, I actually think raul was giving aa fits at times, but it was a matter of time until he hit the canvas!

I'm defensive minded, does that mean my defense is as good as Winky, or good at all? And Rubio is a 154 pounder, he's a human punching bag, get serious. And stop it with all this sickness and injury stuff, he woulda still got outboxed 12-0

Rubio said he planned on entering the ring at 180. That would be 8 pounds above what Pavlik was for a 170 fight. They didn't do pre-fight weigh ins though. You really have to go through life with your blinders on to hug your opinions to death the way you do.

Yep. Keep the blinders on, ignore everything you can, like 3/4'ths of my post. Dude, are you really intending to sink to troll status just to get your post count up? It has been way to long since I have seen anything that even smacked of analysis in any of your posts. One line, and gone. Sad.

Sad = AA fighting Lorenzo & Pav fighting Mora.
Whats even "sadder" is that they actually want us to pay to see that $hit.
