they should put Juanma or Torres on the undercard, or throw Donaire on against sum can so he can get some good exposure

Or Berto to possibly setup a future unification with the winner. Maybe throw him in with Cintron to appease the P.R. crowd.

Ideally against Collazo in a rematch. :deal

Finally, Clottey gets his shot! I think he will stop Cotto late.

Cotto by very comfortable decision, something like 8/9 rounds to 4/3.

Clottey is very tough and durable but i dont think he has the intensity or skill set to hang with Cotto.

that would work too but none of them are from Top Rank, so i doubt that would work

Dibella could co promote a Berto-Cintron fight as he did on Don King's Valentines day HBO card with Martinez-Cintron.

thats true but im' assuming since both Cotto and Clottey are Top Rank fighters they'll wanna due a full Top Rank card

also.....who is Berto looking towards right now, do you know? i remmember hearing him eyeing Cotto but, that clearly ain't happening this summer, so is he lookin at Collazo again? or does he have a mandatory?

i wonder if clottey wins who he will go after?

    margarito-williams- shane- berto

if he wins it will REALLY stir up the welterweight pot

and if cotto loses that will really leave him out in the cold

Well I would make my case by pointing to both of thier performances against Margarito. They both got good work in early and were winning. Cotto through probably round 6 or 7, Clottey through round 4. Clottey though was never once visibly shaken or hurt, (aside from the hand issue), and was STILL competitive even with the injury. Cotto put up a warrior performance but we all know what happened. This is telling for how the fight will go when these two get together.

    Learn these fools something!

And don't forget about their peformances against Judah. Judah was beating Cotto to the punch and had him hurt badly until Cotto had to resort to the low blows... Judah only won maybe three rounds against Clottey simply due to slightly outworking him. Never was anything close to a threat. Clottey basically just cruised against Judah and split his **** wide open.
