It's too early to tell. The people picking Hatton are talking out of their ass. We haven't seen enough of Ortiz.

If I'm suchba Hatton hater, then why am I picking him to beat Pac? I'll tell you what, break down this fight and tell me why Hatton beats Ortiz. And don't give a vague answer like, "Hatton is more experienced". Give me specifics. I'm not saying Ortiz would win. I'm saying it's too early to make an educated pick.

    That doesn'tmake sense. :huh

People are picking Hatton and one of the reasons is that Ortiz isn't seasoned enough - that doesn't mean that those picking Hatton are talking out of their ass.

Should they fight tomorrow, then Hatton batters Ortiz. :deal

If Ortiz keeps progressing like this, I would favor him in about 2 years.
The kid really impressed me last night.

Bradley wasn't seasoned and he beat Witter. I've seen plenty of untested fighters beat veteran champs

I always thought Hatton would struggle against boxers like Ortiz. He can't bully him since Ortiz looks pretty strong himself and he also can't outbox him. Ortiz looks very fundamentally sound, unlike Hatton and has the power to get Hatton's respect.
I see Hatton resorting to clinching in this fight.

But like I said, I would give him 2 more years so he can mature a lil more.

Today Hatton wins. One or two years from now, who knows? You could build a case that Ortiz could beat Hatton down the line but it is too early to tell
