If 40% of power punches landing on Kirkland's face when the opponent is moving backwards is intimidating, then he has to be up there with Kelly Pavlik as the most intimidating boxers out there.

im not talking about his fighting style....

im talking about if you saw this guy in an alley way would you want a piece of that lol.....

the only person in boxing who has ever had an intimidating fighting style recently is mike tyson... hes the only guy who put fear in his opponent with the combination of power & speed & size... we havent seen that combination since him..... im talking about in the streets...

his stare down, the fact that he really wants to hurt his opponent, the fact that hwen he comes out of the corner he tells his opponent "you aint go nowhere to hide boy- im coming to get you".. not many guys in the sport right now are doing **** liek that

:think Kind of like the old Tyson theory...if you don't wilt, you've got it made?

I can see your point, and IMO Martinez might be the best "kryptonite" to Kirkland's game, as slick as he is and stuff. I still think, easier said than done though. It's not gonna be easy for anybody. Somebody's gonna have to be able to be slick, set traps, and fire back with hella authority..:yep
