Holmes - 44 straight wins. fought гиешдд 2001 and had no punching power:)
After Tyson fight Larry fought on pure skills coz he never had power and his speed was long gone. That's pretty much tough to do.

An argument could be made for Holmes due to his amount of successful defenses. It was one of the weakest HW eras ever though...............just like Joe Louis' era.

He does that and I'd stick him at roughly number 15 - 17. None of the guys you mentioned are anything like an elite HW win that can define a career.

With regards to title reign, that starts when he becomes undisputed. Every other HW champion that is ranked up there held a title that was not in dispute. Harsh, but fair. Unifying 2 paper titles does not create a true HW championship.

TBH, I dont feel loads of title defences will help Wlad really, guys like Brock, Thompson, Rahman, Austin....they dont mean anything. Its like a bum of the month tour, not his fault. But I dont feel continuing his career the same way he has been going for the last few years will do the trick. Its just not that impressive.

The best way he can grab himself a legacy is by becoming undisputed champion and creating a new lineage. Thats the most important thing, that alone will give him credibility alongside other undisputed Champions who lacked great resumes, ie Bowe and Tyson. The guys that are available to beat are goo wins, but not the kind of wins that can define an ATG HW.

Wlad will never be ranked in the top 10, never. His losses hurt him far too much, they highlight his gaping weaknesses as a fighter. Its crystal clear that he would not be able to pull out wins against guys like Tyson, Bowe, Ali, etc etc.

If he can unify the division it gives him a credibility that he cannot get by other means (ie resume) in this current division. That alone will seal him a legacy. And he cannot lose again.

All boxer looses. Sometimes at a start sometimes at the end. his peek started right after Stewart came in and he never lost since. Also i think wlad has a good chances against such boxers as Holy, Bowe and other guys who you would rank on top of him.

Wlad will never be there in some peoples eyes's,,,but what he needs to do is fight 20 more fights or more, an almost be at a 100% in KO's an not lose,,,,an to not put him there would just be being moronic,,,his power an boxing skills make this goal very possible, he beats people with only use of his jab,,,,,an the comp will never look any better, cause wlads skill prevent that,,,so he needs to finish most if not all of his remaining fights by KO,,,I like to see him hold that title for another 5 years, if 7 more years,,,:hi:

Funny you should say "bum of the month" tour when that's exactly what Joe Louis did to be considered so highly all time, #1 for me.

And cut the **** with saying Bowe was better than Wladimir & his supposed legacy was better. How many defenses did Bowe make?

Frazier & Liston no way, not after Wladimir completes unification and defeats 3-5 more undefeated contenders.
