Being black doesn't make you african. Where are you putting those africans that are white and have blue eyes???? Go to South Africa and you will see them.
Third, from 130lbs to 140ls there is not a single good BLACK AMERICAN contender. There are hispanics that are black. At 147lbs we have Mosley and Berto. Williams is not really a 147ls. Clottey is not american. Floyd is retired. And last, Pacquiao is not really a 147lbs either.
