Very good, thanks for sharing. You should try moving to your right once in a while, just so you don't get in a rhythm.

why did the camera man miss all the good bits in the session

    i was really impressed

whats your age, height, weight, record/experiance

you have fast hard punches and variety and are accurate and work the body well

i think you dont learn if somebody tell you all good things so heres the adice for you

move to the right more you circle to the left too much and somebody could time you for a left hook.

move your head more to get close, you move your head well on the outside but not to get up close.

when you step back from a combo just step a half step back so youa re out of range, dont dance around the ring 10ft away keep half a step so you knwo your range and can keep pressure on an opponent. as you seem to be a pressure fighter this will work really well.

when you throw your combos make sure your hands come back to the guard after every punch, your 1-2s are alright but when you throw your big combos after the first 2 punches you are swinging from the hips, this is really hard to learn though so keep at it

except fom them brilliant another thing i noticed you sparring and from your name you like Gatti, dont try to copy him too much use your own style do what you do best and also i just got the feeling you would be the type fo guy to go to war if someone stood up to you dnt do taht always box, box and box

thanks for the advice.. yea, i need to bring my hands back to my face after throwing punches cuz sometimes i get hit with stupid punches, thats exactly one of the things i was working tonight at the gym...

as for my stats im 5'7" 148 pounds(i was gonna try for 141 but i think im better suited for 152) im 22 years old.. and i havent had any real fights yet .. next month(April) will be 1 full year of training.. i might get a fight on the 28th upstate

your excellant for having no fights i really mean it. You would be small for 152 but 141 you would be medium

dont worry about tha hands thing if you stick at it it will become second nature

Saw this on..the scene forums afew days ago..

Very Good for having no fights. You also remain calm throughout which is uncommon for someone with absolutley no fights. Try bang that jab out a bit more and doubling it up, apart from that you should have no problem against any novices out there. Good luck!
