man bro, do you really think pbf swept the floor with castillo in the rematch....i had it 7-5 for floyd, which by no means is an ass whoopin....

you know what's funny is that the judges had the 2nd fight closer than the 1st.....clear sign of robbery in the 1st fight :good

Never said it was an ass whooping, JLC was a great fighter no one was just going to beat his ass.:good But PBF won that fight clearly. The judges cards were way off the fight was a lot closer in the first fight. Like I've said before it was a close fight and could have gone either way. I thought JLC gave away too many early rounds in the first fight.

So here is something to consider, JLC was a sparring partner for Chavez, and Floyd had trouble with Julios sparring partner, Chavez would murder Floyd a prime chavez just eats him up.

    i think your wrong bro..
when you say he reached his physical prime is when he started taking lower risks....the floyd at 130-135 was a ****en monster bro, and i'll clearly take that floyd over the floyd that jumped up 3 divisions against meaningless opposition (well except for 1 )

i would've rather seen pbf stay at lightweight and completely dominate everything and everyone that ever laid a foot there....just imagine the fights we would've seen.....

    casa
    freitas
    juan diaz
    pacman for sure

i would prefer all those over what he did at 140 and above....
the 140 and above move would've been justified if he would've had kostya, shane and cotto on his resume...

It says that but it's not always the case I've seen it both ways.

Just stop it Bazooka.:patsch Chavez doesn't posses the handspeed, countering ability or one punch power to murder PBF. I could see you saying him wining but he wouldn't murder a defensive genius like PBF.:deal

    I disagree.
People would have then said he should have moved up to face guys just one weight class above him like Hatton for example. Not to mention people would have bashed him if he fought guys like EM or MAB saying he was picking on smaller fighters and not challenging himself by moving up.

Chavez handed Meldrick Taylor his ass, and IMO I believe Meldrick has faster hands than Floyd and a much higher work rate, Now Chavez already did beat Uncle Roger, meaning he has already seen that style and knows how to adapt to it.

    Chavez murders Floyd.

imagine, floyd could've made himself into a megastar at 135, instead of having oscar do it for him at 154...

    just my opinion though..
i could erase eveything floyd did from 140 and above and not even care, but what he could've done at 130-135 only leaves a bunch of questions......
