McGirt really is terrible. He makes his fighters worse.

McGirt is a good trainer, its just that hes high profile and doesn't just train p4p type fighters, so you often see his guys lose.

Loew takes it for me. He seems to hionestly not really know boxing that well, and it annoys me when he says 'we' when he means Pavlik.

Buddy McGirt at least SEEMS to kind of get it. Even though he's terrible at his job, you get the idea he lives in the real world.

Yoel Judah is straight out of some sort of comic book.

Jack Loew isn't THAT bad. He's just ridiculously repetitive.

 

McGirt also says "more head movement baby" a lot.

 

Atleast yoel, mcgirt, and loew tell there fighter to do something. Norman Stone just bitches at the ref.

mcgirt seems more interested in causing drama in the corner in some sort of strange attempt to channel boxing movies.

 

McGirt is the most overrated as a trainer and as a fighter. As a fighter he sure used his rotator cuff injury on his left arm to good use. The worst job of cornerwork I have ever seen was the corner of Tyson when he lost to Douglas.

 

That was actually very good advice. If Jermaine followed it he would have won comfortably. Spinks didnt have the power to KO him, Manny just wanted Jermaine to be a man, suck up those punches and go wild on that guy. Yet it seemed like Jermaine was reluctant to get hit by the most featherfirsted MW in the sport.

 

WTF!?! lol. Is he training anyone else at the moment?

 

If you are being trained by Buddy Mcgirt, then just be prepared for a loss. i don't know if he's cursed, or if he just sucks as a trainer, but either way, he still keeps getting hired. He must be cheap.

I am shocked that Yoel isn;'t at 80% or more. He never give good advice and seems lost at changing what his fighter needs to do in a fight. He stinks to high heaven.
