its not about would have could have should have

    its about reality

pac got the chance and pac did what he should have

but the reality of it is

    margarito would have ABUSED oscar
berto probably would have done pretty well to
    pw would have ABUSED oscar
cotto would have battered oscar... it would have looked like when he fought the guy from the contender

Respectfully Disagree. Haters will do that, sure, read my posts, no hating anywhere. I base my conclusions on given facts, the biggest of those being Roach pre-fight noticing Oscar was drained. Secondly the post fight doctors report that Oscar was suffering dehydration, thats right, 8 rounds and dehydrated so this gives an indication of what condition he was in entering the ring. Thirdly Oscars conditioning coach and the sparring problems but I don't ever feel the need to call upon that, the first 2 facts are enough to tell me that this was a poorly conditioned Oscar that especially the top legit ww's would have gone through him.

Those aren't reality, its called fantasy.

And that sir is COULD, WOULD, SHOULD...its full of WOULD btw...

    Reality is....

Pacquiao Beat Oscar Dela Hoya by TKO in 8 rounds. Now that's a reality outcome.

You can't say Pac could/would/should beat Dela Hoya. That's called FANTASY.

If you've EVER taken part in a prime v prime discussion or any debate on great vs great I'd say to argue 'it didn't ACTUALLY happen' is pretty foolish no?

Finally a post with sense, DLH vs PAC wasnt like Hopkins vs Pavlik or Calzaghe vs Lacy.

SO many other fighters would have done the same and worse.. Marquez would have schooled him and drown him late.

yo im not trying to hate on pac.. yall are making it out to be something its not...

like miguel cotto vs sharmba mitchell.... if i say miguel cotto will win by tko around the 6th or 7th ... yeah its fantasy because it wont happen but you and me both know damn well that is probably exactly what would happen....

if i say vlad klit vs miguel cotto .... vlad klit wins by ko/tko @ some point.... yeah its fantasy because it wont happen but you and me both know damn well its probably ... DEFINITELY .. what would happen...

when im making these oscar matchups ... yeah they arent happening ... but me & you know both know DAMN WELL that oscar was a DONE that night... regardless of who he fought.... any top level welter or jr welter would have dealt with oscar.....

Oh so that's a legitamate excuse now?

    Alright I see,
So since Roach said Oscar is drained it's ok to say it as an excuse so Pac's win is considered a fluke.
So since the Doctor said Oscar is dehydrated it's ok to say it as an excuse so Pac's win is considered a fluke.
    Lastly,
So since Oscar's conditioning team and sparring has problems IT IS OK to say it as an EXCUSE so Pac's win is a FLUKE.
    And...
All those top WW IF ever had fought "THAT" Oscar, They are considered a great win because they WOULD/SHOULD/COULD maul Dela Hoya faster than Pacquiao just DID in the REALITY.

    WOW! Super!!!!!!!

I got accused last week of "Over-hyping" Marquez' win over Diaz but the same Pac fans that have only appeared on the board since Pac stole candy from DLH.

    Amazing :rofl:rofl:rofl

And talking about this is reality?

No. Debating prime vs prime is about taking the availible information and reaching a conclusion based on that info. Isn't that what we're doing now? Taking information, putting it in a fantasy enviroment and reaching a conclusion? I think you'll find in essence it's the same bud.
