    Janjalani,

what are you suggesting? that we should never speak hypothetically?

or even better yet, are you suggesting that we should go back in time and force every fighter listed to fight DLH that night, to conclusively prove they would have battered him?

When *******s run out of ideas, they always fall back to 3 terrible arguments:

    1. Hypotheticals are meaningless. If it demeans a Pacquiao win.
    2. Scorecards are always accurate. Only in Pacquiao fights, and only when he wins.
    3. Harold Lederman is the best boxing analyst ever. But only in bouts where Pacquiao is involved, and he scores it for Pacquiao.

Guess your missing the big point eh?

    Well for sure..

    1. Hypothetic match ups IS meaningless. It's just a time where they can brag something that never existed nor it will.
    2. Since when did I put a scorecard on my post? Hmmm or is it just your wishful thinking to add something out of nowhere?
    3. Vodka man? Dude he is a joke.

    BIG POINTERS:
    1. All of Pacquiao's recent fights are full of criticism and load of hates.
    2. SO is it Pac's fault so we can't credit him because Hoya showed up like that?
    3. So fantasy world of SHOULD COULD WOULD shall be listened and be serious about it?
    4. The SHOULD WOULD COULD can foretold us that if those top WW did it in the fantasy world, they get better credit for beating Hoya much faster than Pacquiao did on the reality?

    But I'm not debating reality.
I am however debating that the ODLH that stepped into that ring would have been crucified by a top ranked WW and top ranked guys from other divisions would have beaten him convincingly too due to my 3-4 round argument.

any top welter would have won, any fighter below that division is a far stretch.

I think it's more about Oscars condition. When Hoya stops throwing after 3 1/2 -4 rounds, and what he does throw has nothing behind it, what do you think happens when his opponent realises this?

Yes sir I do agree IF THAT WAS THE OSCAR that showed up, any Top WW from Cotto to Margarito may and would have done the same(or better, for your happiness).

But it didn't happened, Pac got the ticket and he won more than a ticket to fight the Golden Boy, He won the ticket for Stardom.

But since Pac just did it with ease, we criticize his win after all the people said he will get squashed to pieces.
First most of the people said Hoya shall pulverize Pacquiao, but he didn't he was the one pulverized. Now those people took back their words and call him shot weight drained or whatsoever. So it diminished Pacquiao's win, after all the hardship of training he did he will just be called like this. Wow Super!

For you guys to call Pacfans and *******s delusional, well yeah sometimes *******s CAN be delusional. But who are always delusional for saying things like what we are arguing right now hmm? Should? Could? Would? Which side do you think living in the fantasy world eh?

Because right now *******s are the one who can easily say without any debate that Pacquiao DID win against OScar in a VERY VERY convincing way.

nobody is hating on pac man... thats your problem....

nobody is saying anything negative against pac

you just take it as negative because everyone is saying the oscar that showed up was garbage.... which is true...

everyone in this thread has said

    pacman deserves credit

    BUT

oscar was wack... which is the truth

Thats not the case with me. My beef is when they refuse to accept that the DLH that entered the ring was in a poor condition when there is so much evidence to back this.
Thing is according to *******s No-one could have done that to Oscar and thats rubbish. Plenty of fighters could have and you just won't hear of it. Again, my main argument, Freddy Roach says 'Keep it tight, he's only got enough for 3-4 rounds'. He says this pre-fight. Now with that in mind, that Oscar only had 3-4 rounds in him what would legit WW's and LMW's coming down have done to Oscar? I say they'd have beaten him as convincingly if not more so, the guy only had 3-4 rounds.
