What 160-168-175 Pound fighter can beat a peak RJJ

The fact that you people say the "pound 4 pound" title can't be transferred if the supposed pound 4 pound king gets beat proves this. Do you honestly think Hatton will/would be the #1 P4P fighter in the world if he beats Pac?

Benn wanted the match but for some reason it didnt happen and benn retired.
Collins same as benn.
Calzaghe wanted the match-up but was a too small a name at the time for jones until of course "Battle of the Super powers".

 

At 168, Roy shits all over those three. Only outside chance I'd give one is a prime Benn landing one of his looping bombs, which is HIGHLY unlikely.

 

Yeah yeah man. Calzaghe wooped Jones last year and dont give me that jones is too old crap cos Calzaghe is 2 years younger. Admittidly jones wasnt at his best but a prime joe calzaghe would have gone toe to toe with jones and highly likely that he would beat him on points. same with Benn and id go for a benn KO aswell as collins but admittidly he would be lucky to beat jones cos jones would outspeed him. Stop Nutthugging jones and speak truth. Roy jones was a great fighter in the day and pound for pound one of the best despite controversies about roids. Calzaghe and Benn would have gone toe to toe cos they were just as great at 168 llbs.
Jones is liked and over-hyped in my opinion due to him being more of a showman than a boxer. Im not a jones hater, in fact im a fan and hes one of the people who got me into boxing in the first place but Joe and Nigel again are just as great.

I stopped reading after that, sorry. The Jones that fought Calzaghe is a far cry from the one who reigned at the top of the P4P list for amost a decade. If Calzaghe had pulled that hands-down, face-first **** against a prime Roy, he'd have his ass lit up in a hurry.

 

160-168 I make Roy my favourite over anyone. Yes ive seen Hagler, Monzon, Robinson etc and while i can play devils advocate and come up with scenarios for them winning it seems much more feasible to me that Roys speed and power are too much for them to overcome. The "green" Hopkins arguement is ignorance, RJJ had less fights at that stage than Hops and it wasnt even close.
Post Ruiz doesnt count to me, he had reached what was supposed to be an unobtainable height and to lose the kind of weight he did, ie not fat but muscle, is not something the body can easily counter especially at his advanced age. Look at Chris Byrd, Tarve and Johnson were much better than George!!!
At 175 I see Spinks, Foster, Charles beating him. Moore, Moorer, EMM and Qawi possibly beat him.
