Hopkins is thinking of moving to cruiser to fight Adamek, but what about maccarinelli for a warm up bout? he cant get the calzaghe rematch so fighting Enzo could be 2nd best but hell what do i know? anyways ***** away peeps

He's thinking of moving to cruiser to fight for the Ring magazine title and the IBF belt and the glory of being a champ at 3 weights. Adamek is a small enough cruiser and basic enough for Hopkins to consider the risk.

The Maccarinelli fight would be pointless and meaningless......

Very interesting and i think it would be more exciting than hop vs adamak as adamak has lulls were maca has a good workrate and a very good body attack.

wouldn't mind seeing the fight but it won't happen. enzo is about as marketable as a bag of wet fish to the American audience that b-hop needs to make money.
anyway if it did, b-hop would school him. not sure how he'd take a big punch from macca though.......

Enzo by brutal KO. Hopkins is far too small to withstand the power that Enzo has

Maccs size and power is irrelevent in this fight, which makes impossible for him to win.

    Hopkins UD WIDE.

David UK, You seriously think Enzo would be able to connect with any power on B-Hop? Bernard is the master at making his opponents punching power meaningless with his head movement and footwork. He hardly ever takes a clean punch and definitely wont against Enzo. I take B-Hop by KO or a W-I-D-E UD depending on how attacking his approach is.

He'd have to land it first, no?

Hopkins wins this on points being the safe bet, possibly stops him. Maccarinelli has no ring-smarts.

I think it would be exactly the same as Hopkins-Pavlik, KP and Enzo are similar fighters.

Don't think Hopkins does warm up fights anymore anyway, even if it is at a new weight for him.

I was thinking Enzo's power would be to much then I remembered RJJ against Ruiz and how RJJ avoided the big punches so well.

Similar fighters? except enzo is 6'4" and 195 pounds in 12 round fighting shape where kelly's best weight is 35 pounds south. Also enzo hits
WAAAYYYYYY harder than pavlik and is quicker for his class than is kelly
for his. Too dangerous of a fight for hopkins. I'd bet on a macca KO.
    seriously!
