You believe it, but that doesn't make it a fact. A 3-rematch deal with the Klits sounds like fiction to me, nobody would ask that. As I said, if there's indeed a 2-rematch clause I could understand Haye, but only then. This has to be cleared up. As it stands right now, Haye ducked Wlad. Why would K2 even offer Haye the fight when they didn't want it? They weren't supposed to do it in the first place...

Nope. Sometimes fights fall during negotiations. It doesn’t mean someone is ducking someone. I think Haye should fight some top contender to become mandatory challenger. After that he would get better terms in he’s contract. Other possibility is to go after Vitali or Chagaev after the summer.
In a way, it is a duck on Hayes part. Wlad is the beltholder and generally should dictate terms, within reason. For his part, Haye should help draw quite a gate. But it seems that Hayes management is dragging their feet, and this may result in a loss of interest for the fight. Haye should be fighting , scoring big KO's and generating some buzz. Instead he's acting like a primma donna , just mouthing off, and seemingly making unreasonable demands.
I think I remember this, wasnt the stipulation that if Haye should win that he would have to vacate one of the titles (that he won from Wlad, I think it was the IBF), fight Vitali and then fight 2 K2 promoted fighters who ever they were? (If I am right) The way I see it Haye simply discontinued a BS negoation, not ducking.
No, Haye wanted wlad all along and now he doesn't want to fight haye. He knows that he is the most talented and biggest threat in the division.
Haye opened his mouth so often and so big about Wlad, there's no way back now. The contract is there, for Haye to sign. I don't believe all these allegations about all kinds of unrealistic demands from K2 promotions until they are proven. Hayemaker are known to be difficult negociating partners (remember the drama about finding an opponent for Haye 4 months ago), and it was them who made an unrealistic demand by wanting to stage Wlad-Haye at MSG in NY when it'd be so much bigger in Europe. I don't understand the Haye fans, they keep defending their man for not signing while they should put pressure on him instead. Don't they want to see him beating Wlad and getting them belts?
there is nothing wrong of avoiding Wlad at this point..this is not the proper time for him to fight Wlad..maybe in a year's time

Haye will not need any judge because he will be a his back. Of course everything will be in favor of K2 Promotion. What the hell brings Davey Haye to the table? Nothing, Zero, Zip. If Davey really wanted the fight, he would sign the contract. I think that Klitschkos should write Davey off their lists in order to give him something to think about when fighting other local British fights. Davey is not in position to be picky. He is completely unproven as heavyweight. He never defended his cruiserweight title as well. Look who is Macca fighting these days.
