I'm pretty sure Haye would not be offered peanuts. Even in today's economy Wlad can probably command a cool 10 million to fight, and even if it's 75-25, Haye will still get over 3 million. Granted he has to pay his team, but I'm pretty sure he'd scrape by.

All that talking and stalking, and he ends up walking?

I just don't get Haye. If he's so confident in his chances at beating Klitschko, getting the most prestigious belt in boxing and securing all the financial opportunities that go with it, it sure makes me wonder if he truly is all that confident in his chances.

The way the heavyweight fight scene is today Haye could be looking from the outside for another year. Maybe that's what he's thinking. Let Klitschko get a little older, maybe get a little beat up, or even get upset by someone else and then go for the belt.

I'm not being funny but to quote a wise man "You don't have to have been a horse to be a jockey"...

Frank Warren never stepped into the ring, nor did Don King for example...

Are you saying that because you've stepped into the ring we should getting you to negoiate the Haye vs Wlad deal????

Wlad, if you're reading this we might have a soloution! :happy

No, I'm saying that I've been at the negotiating table, and I know how these things go.

haha, brilliant, coming from the head wlad cheerleader himself.

how dare i try to bring a little sense to this thread.

you see what we have here is nothing but hot air from both sides and that fat **** dan raphael. it would seem that it's perfectly ok to hang, draw and quarter david haye based off, well not much at all, wlad and his team saying haye has been a naughty boy. anything though that comes out shedding doubt on wlad and his teams actions during the negotiations is quickly struck down with cries of..

SHOW ME PROOF!!!! I REFUSE TO BELIEVE!!

newsflash ****os, not one of us has a single shred of proof or evidence. it's all a bunch of bull**** posturing until something credible is released with regards to this whole circus, then you can play the blame game.

Fair enough but you should say that in the first place. Otherwise you'll end up sounding like one of those pricks in the pub who slags off everyone's opinions about football because they played at non-league level for a few years....

Being a boxer might give you a better insight to a few things but it does not make your opinion any more valid than a well thought out and well presented one made by someone who has only watched from an armchair.

They haven't even fought yet lol. I could say the same thing in Haye's favor...until it happens, say what you want. Just don't assume a man is ducking another fighter like a few others have. Not saying you did, but using the word "duck" when conversing about two proud fighters is assinine to me.
