Ok if thats true then we all know the champ deserves 1 rematch.

Also he has always maintained wanting to fight Vitali after anyway so im confused with what the hell he's doing :think

The sad thing is that that is the truth, but the haters will still find some way to push this on Haye.

what do you mean "it changes", what is it? the terms? the reason for bailing? the demands?

If you were really going to duck somebody wouldn't you just keep your mouth shut instead of calling them out for months and then pulling out due to contractual issues?

    Logic people.

If you are going AFTER a guy you better be prepared to meet him on HIS terms, especially if the guy has a bigger legacy and fan-base then YOU.
If the contracts are not to his liking then he is always welcome to wait for a mandatory spot or return to the Cruiserweight division where he will no doubt be greeted with open arms and closed fists by Adamek, or maybe he can go and make that rematch with Maccarinelli everyone's been clamoring to see.

There are so many flaws in your post that I do not know where to begin.

    1. "He wants equal to what Vlad's making and for good reason." Absolutely ridcoulous statement. Haye has fought no one at heavyweight ,is even mandatory. He is not a big draw outside the UK. He has only beaten old Mormeck so far. Wllad is the long time champ and number one guy at heavyweight.

    2. "Vlad's lawyers are treating him like another bum. David Haye is no bum, let's get that straight.. ". Wlad has a history being fair during negotioations , Haye does not.

    3. "He was the undisputed Cruiserweight champion".
No, he was never undisputed. He never hold the IBF belt.

    4. "David is not "ducking" anything". Haye already ducked Rahman and Toney to fight total bum.
