I thought John vacated it to move up? I just checked abunch of sites and none say that John has been elevated to Super Champ. Anyway, Gamboa KO 4.

 

IF John stays at 126 long enough then it has to happen because they're two of the biggest names in the division.

Me2, i was very impressed with John. I can't wait for his next fight.. hopefully a rematch to settle things.

go check Linares record,its ridiculous the amount of bums that guy has fought.

 

Linares may not have fought the best of comp yet but I know for a fact he would knock out Gamboa. Gamboa's chin is suspect and has already been on his ass about 5 or 6 times.

 

People are just going to keep saying "OMGZ Gamboa is gonna get KO'D" for the next five years.

Then by the time it finally happens (when Gamboa is a multi-ABC world champ and likely in two divisions), They're gonna be all like "I TOLD YOU SO!"

Jose Rojas has benn on Gamboa posible opponets since Gamboa had only 6 fights and He always turn it down almost at fight day, I will not be surprised if He pull out again. What surprise is why this fight is for the vacant WBA title.
