Yeah, Pac fought a Barrera who didn't fight back...lost, won and won against a past it Morales, drew and won a close fight with J.M.M...beat up nondescript comp in between, and beat up a bum in Diaz...and a shot Dlh lol... Is Pac top 50 atg?...:dead
I'm 33, wouldn't say I'm young. I just can't think of 49 fighters who've achieved what he has, and his career isn't even finished yet. Out of curiosity where do you rank him?
Yes Yes, Because Pac brutalized Mab because like Roach said... "He can't handle your speed son!" Yes Pac lost to Morales but redeem both brutaly... Yes Pac won against a bum Diaz who is a very livelier fighter than other gramps... Yes Pac won against shot Dela Hoya who made him more shot and old that he can ever be via One side Beating... SO sad isnt it? Pac made them look so easy because of his 'primitive skills'.... Irony?
I rank PAc just outside of the top 100. Pac has been managed very smartly. Pac does not have enough prime fighters on his resume for me to rank him in the top 100.
At least I'm not the only one who knows that Pac's comp against prime fighters is weak to non exsistent lol...
sasakul and ledwaba were not prime. barrera marquez were not prime. pleez its easy to knit pick on anyones career if you want, but the truth is he beat elite fighters at prime or close to prime.
Let's check for Barrera shall we... Pacquiao - Barrera I Barrera old and shot! It's not even competitive! It's almost a one sided beating! Barrera - Morales III Barrera is FANTASTIC!! Super Amazing! Marquez - Barrera A Great fight! Very competitive! Barrera - Pacquiao II Sh*t Barrera was already shot and old!!!!
Around 40-45 now. If he beats Hatton, a little higher. If he then beats Marquez, a little higher. If he then beats Mayweather and/or wins a ww title, you're talking serious top 20 material, possibly higher. These are all huge "IF's" though.
You are not the only ****** on the forum, we know that. Deny that Barrera (p4p#3) was prime in '03 or that Marquez (p4p#3) was prime in '08. Owned as usual.
i have pac 35-45 what he has done is really underestimated at the moment, but i think he will get more recognition when he is retired. flyweight to welterweight is no easy feat, that alone belongs with the greats of the game, and he is still drawing up his legacy.
His career ain't over yet. Maybe after this year we can have a better perspective re his ATG standing.
