My boxing club is only open 2 days a week and the 2nd day is so crowded you have to share bags which is a pain in the ass. anyways ive gotten a hell of a lot fitter than what i used to be in 2 months but i feel i could do more than once a week. how much training should i be getting each week and anyone got any training regimes they can recomend?

Re - amount of training. This is relevant to your current work capacity, and how much you are actually doing in your current two sessions.. As a beginner, 3 times per week should suffice. More seasoned fighters will train approx 5 days per week, often working out twice a day. Use your body as feedback, if you feel like you are doing too much, then you are doing too much. If you feel like you can do more, then do more. A word of caution though, build up slowly. If you are currently working out twice per week, try training three times per week, and let your body get accustomed to that before adding any further sessions.

I am a southpaw, what would you like to know?

Seven days a week, I had two rest days since the end of January. I won't have time to train tomorrow so I guess that's number three, but I'll do manual labour instead.

No, I'm just addicted to training and I need it to remain focused.
