A guess it was those slaps that made Bernard fake a foul and look for rest even Manny Steward said B-Hop has to be hurt to try that ovious fake -a-foul tactic....and if they guys punches do not hurt the body shot that stopped Kessler in his tracks and the punch that dropped Lacy and the slap that ripped open Jones eye and dropped Eubanks....Joe let up on Jones...did not want ot go for the KO....but the guy has a respectable punch

Lacy KD was a push. It was clear on the replay. Eubank was before his hands turned to China, had no affect on Eubank though. Roy's eye opened because of the way Slappy slaps and he's old. He's never had a top fighter hurt or stopped. He did stop Tucker Pud!:happy No excuse to not KO glass jawed Roy.

i hate the way calzaghe punch.Too often he has no weight transfer.I dont like him but i think he won that fight against an over clinching B-hop.But it was the kind of fight that could go one way or another.I think that showing only highlight of a fight (b-hop only) and claiming that he was the winner is dishonest.

They weren't even good highlights apart from the KD. They only lasted about 2 and a half minutes, including repeated parts and showed Hopkins headbutting, missing and feigning injury.

Funny that the Brit commentators whine during the fight like they did Hatton/PBF. Sounds like Calzaghes fans!

Jeff man I don't know if you saw Prince Charles ****ing your mum when you were a kid or something but you really need some professional help with your Britophobia.

Anyone who says that Calzaghe couldn't KO RJJ in their match because he lacks the power never watched the fight at all. If he did, he must've been drunk.

In all of the Calzaghe fights that I've watched, Calzaghe never dropped his workrate even in the championship rounds, always looking to slap the **** out of his opponents. In the RJJ fight, Calzaghe literally just carried Roy until the final bell.

Maybe Joe carried Roy not to embarrass him but that would not have been anything special to stop Roy if he had as we now know what a glass jaw Roy has ever since his reflexes started to go.
