If you're a boxing fan, the one thing we know is that integrity does'nt exist in the political arena of the sport....
.....and yet because they want so badly that Margarito's name be tainted and equated with plaster, they prefer not know what was actually in those wraps and would be content to let the commision leave it at that......

I dont mean any harm but why dont you take that up with the boxing commission...Thats something that us fans cant answer...For whatever reason, I'm assuming that they didnt have enough evidence...but whatever the case may be Margorito got his punishment....As fans we can only go by the evidnce that is being presented to us...So if you feel like its unfair that Mosley got off and Margorito didnt, thats something you got to take up with the boxing commission...Its not like we hand out the punishment when a fighter ****s up!

This doesn't shock or surprise me. It was clear to anyone objectively observing before this that Margarito cheated. It was a fact, and is a fact. Margarito is a known cheater, and now the world over will see it clearly.

 

He shifts the blame, as if Mosley's situation has ANYTHING at all to do with Margarito's, which it does not.

Margarito is a cheater, and has been caught. Now, let them ban him for life.

All I have to go off of is what people said. And (I thought it was a baby not a 4/5 year old kid). Ive changed my stance on it. I really was arguing the people screaming pedo without any facts.


The Commission concluded there was a foreign substance. Meaning, more than water, blood or sweat. Dubbing it illegal.

 

Thats what I've noticed...They (Margorito fans) bring up Mosley, Tito and others in the past who have messed up like its going to justify Margorito and his trainers for their wrong doings....I guess Marnoff, its something I'll never understand.:huh

Yep, as if Mosley's case somehow vindicates Margarito. I'm as confused as you are by this tremendous leap in logic.

Mosley didnt actaully get caught doing it, so the rumor is that he did it for the second fight with Oscar. Do I think that Shane did it sure, however he didnt get caught and it cam out much later after the fight.

Besides what does that have to so with Margo cheating, and getting caught red handed doing so??? Dragging Shane into the mix isnt going to make Margo less guilty. And another thing, Shane vs Oscar Nevada, Shane vs Margo California...Two different states, two different comissions. And lastly the thing with Shane is unfinished, and he may still have his rights revoked.

 

as a fan of boxing, im interested in knowing, what the substance might be..

boxing doesnt need this sort of speculation, it needs concrete proof and viewable facts.

to form an opinion on the matter, i really need to know, the "DEGREE" of cheating.

Did he use regular plaster, then i really feel, that a lifelong ban, would be appropiate.

If it was some sort of protective knuckle pad, then my opinion sure as hell changes.

Some are saying cheating is cheating, sure it is, but there are degrees of cheating, as there is in murder cases. Those degrees are there, to put the seriousness of the situation into perpsective, which is hard to do with this case, as we are not, being told the whole story.
