And yes, he can still make it with ease.

    Ease.

And anyone with some sense knows Arum ain't gonna let Cotto within 2 Time Zones of Paul on fight night. He knows better. Cotto's trainers know better. They won't dare mention Williams' name. The only ones who don't know are the delusional Cotto fans.

This is the real fight Williams personally has always wanted and the one fight he know he probably will never get.

He can rule 154. I got called a hater for saying I would not pick Paul over Winky or Pavlik at 160 because both have world class jabs. It's a just a style thing. Paul would need to learn to keep his freaking hands up, and use a lot more head movement, or else he is a sitting duck for a great jab. Pavlik would use his to make the 1-2 work and end PW in about 5 rounds. Winky will use his to pile up rounds, and keep Williams off of him. I think Paul is a fool to do anything other than focus on 154.

    I'll defer to a World Champ Boxer...:good

But I still see Pavlik beating AA :yep

I'd love to see a round robin with Williams, Pavlik, Winky and AA

    Troof.

If he can comfortably make it back at 147, he's a bit of a phenom really. Considering how tall he is and how his frame can fit 160, it's scary.

Apparently Cotto doesn't know either because he told Arum he wanted to fight Clottey, Berto or Williams after he lost to Margo. But Arum of course declined and gave him Jennings, which in all honesty was a smarter move at the moment.

I wish Paul had the chance to get more fights at 147 but don't think that will be happening anymore. Especially if he beats on Winky at 160.

After he lost to Margo, he could have said he wanted to fight Mike Tyson. After that night, Bob Arum wasn't about to put him into the ring with someone like Paul or Clottey. No way. You know it and I know it.

He's fighting Clottey now, so props to him for that move. Hopefully the winner will take on Paul.

By the way, Paul is one fighter who don't give a flying **** about fighting in Madison Square Garden, the Boston Garden, or the ****in Garden of Eden.

Hey Neck why do you give so much **** to Cotto for not fighting Williams but you don't mention Mosley, the top welterweight right now?

That doesn't change the fact Miguel Cotto felt like he just wasn't the better fighter against Margo that night but that he still wanted to fight the best.

Because Moseley has already stated that he was not gonna fight Paul. He is older, and a HOF who has earned the right to look for only the biggest fights. He has shown that he's not trying to "navigate" his career with careful fights to build his confidence. I respect that.

Cotto tells the media he'll fight anyone, knowing full well that Bob Arum would rather fight Paul himself than to see Cotto in the ring with him. It ain't gonna happen. And this is the fight that Paul himself has always wanted for the past few years.

And really I just give Cotto **** because his fans happen to be the people on here I like to **** with. I don't really hate the guy. He's a good dude. He's just a little overrated to me.

It was brought up here on a thread, but it was around September I think, and the source was from a Puertorican newspaper.

EDIT: I tried to dig up the thread in my posts but it doesn't go that far back, I'll check and see if it was later than that to bring the link.

Personally, I think Danny Williams will struggle to make Welterweight.

He was 255 pounds for his last fight, so he need to lose 108 pounds.

    Cant see it happening.
