I had £60 on Khan by stoppage at 3/1 a couple of days ago. Any bet that involves Khans chin is always risky but I think theres enough factors in Khans favour to make this a decent bet.

I you know what isn't going to happen, why not cash in on what that leaves. If your so sure Khan isn't getting sparked that only leaves 3 possible outcomes, 4 if you include the draw i.e. MAB on points (10/3,) Khan on points (2-1,) and Khan inside the 12 rounds (11-4) or Draw (20-1).

You could bet different ammounts on each and gaurentee a profit.

If he manage to scape from the latter rounds from Rocky he can do it, because Rocky is like a bull in the latter rounds.

At 2-1 for points or 6/5 by any method, I'd rather take the latter i I was betting on it.

I don't know enough about his opponent though.

I put £10 on Barrera to stop him in rounds 1-3 (11/1 odds) and £10 on rounds 4-6 (odds 10/1). can't see see Khan taking Barrera's shots for 6 rounds and Khan aint gonna stop Barrera, unless the cut opens. What do you think?

Cook has very little power. He had little at featherweight. I'm sure he'll be looking to box and move too, I don't see a full transition of weight in his shots.

If he wins he wins on points is my theory! I hope.

Cook has great oddds on my website.

    2.10

But I don't know **** about the guy so ill leave that fight out

MAB is 1.91 and Khan is 1.83

    just a 50/50 fight basically...

Im leaning torwards betting on MAB but im not sure yet... just watched the weigh in and both look good.

I suppose you always have to fancy the home guy as having the advantage if it goes the distance, as long as the fight is close and competative.

I've been loosing a fair bit betting on football teams I haven't seen that much of in Europe this week though, just betting based on their records (e.g. Hamburg to beat Galatasaray last night,) so personally I'm trying to avoid the temptation to make any more bets where I'm not familiar with the competitors.

    Good luck with it though.

    I put £20 on Khan at 1.92.

Cant see Barrera winning this fight.

People always get excited about fighters who had a great past. Barrera is a great fighter, but now he is shot, moving up in weight, and fighting someone who is big for the weight and with speed and power (albiet with a shocking chin). He'll lose.

Mind you if Barreara wins, I'd be happy, as its always good to see a Warren fighter get beat!

Think it's more a case of thinking Khan is a KO waiting to happen.
