too bad calzaghe is much bigger fighter making it hard to imagine their match-up..but i feel calzaghe would box without the intention of turning the fight in a slugfest

Williams has enough natural physical advantages to make the fight interesting for at least the first few rounds. It would not be the kind of 2-Round beatdown that some are suggesting, but wiht his height, arm length, south-paw stance and frame, he could pack on enough weight and strength to make it a decent fight at 168 or 175.

Unfortunately it would take him maybe a couple of years Maybe late 2010 to develop himself into that type of frame, and by then Calzaghe will be long gone.

Rummy, serioulsy? Well if you pick Calz maybe the famous Rummy curse will help Paul.

Now get Teddy Atlas to pick Slappy and Paul can't lose!

So Williams hasn't beaten anyone of notice in 154 or 160 and we are matching him up with one of the best at 168 ever?

Calzaghe is retired, but he would out-class Williams, no contest.
