Okay, everyone knows the Klitschko brothers can wreck anyone. They are the world's best heavyweights and no reasonable person can argue otherwise.

But, who is the world's best heavyweight aside from Vladimir and Vitali?

I say Sultan Ibragimov is the best heavyweight out there aside from the Klitschkos. The Ibragimov that beat Shannon Briggs and survived twelve rounds with Vladimir would have been too slick, too fast, and too hard hitting for almost any other heavyweight.

Sultan has it all: power, talent, boxing ability, durability, and speed.

The Sultan is not retired...he is just taking time off to work through management problems. As for Chagaev, Sultan would out hustle him.

True, he may never be a real force again, cant tell at this point. I think Povetkin would beat Iggy at this stage as well, just.

Sultan doesn't impress me at all. He was terrible against Wald and his best wins are against a very very old holyfield, a fat Briggs who was going to pull out with his asthma and a draw against ray Austin far from an obvious choice.

If this is true, the heavyweight division is alot worse than the 80's. Iggy is a decent Heavyweight, but you must remember his best wins were over Shannon "The Inhaler" Briggs, and a 44 yearold Holyfield, of course your going to look fast and talented against these two, alot of Heavyweights would. When he had his big test against Wlad, he failed miserably, he did next to nothing and the scorecards reflected it. As far as I'm concerned Peter is the last man to give Wlad a tough fight, since then noone has rose to the occasion. So my vote would be Peter as the 3rd best Heavyweight in the world, not based on talent, but his ability to beat the rest out there not named Klitschko.

Better than Igbragimov. By resume i'd say Povetkin looks the best but from what i have seen i'd still go with Chagaev
