FINE... but the fights are at CW... to say he is the top dog at HW is premature.. thats all im saying.... He has NOT proved himself at HW yet. Like I said... he is POTENTIALLY the top dog

Got a long way to go to prove he's this generation's Evander Holyfield. Holyfield was a complete fighter with an excellent chin and superb combinations, thrown with great balance. A great fighter. Don't know if Haye is a great fighter yet; and he certainly hasn't proved he's in Evander's class.

ACTUALLY YES. Until he fights several guys (some in top 10) then I dont think he has proved much at all.... he did great at CW and more power to him, but to say he beats this guy and that guy in a lower division is just not enough for me....You think Macreonnneli (sp?) could beat top 10 hw? NO... so why does a Haye win over him mean Haye could at HW?

    Exactlly.
The only thing similar to Holly is the fact that they were CW champs and moved up....THATS IT.

To say Haye is the same as Holly at this time when Haye has had 1 fight in a year, is an insult to what Holly accomplished :deal

so based on the fact that he beat guys who prob would get KO'd in the HW division and also the 1 win over Barrett, you think Haye is #1 in the HW division

Everybody has a tough fights against lower opposition, go on youtube and watch Wlad against Williamson, Wlad looked like complete **** in that fight and he looked off balance the whole fight. Since you brought up Holyfield, watch him against Cooper, he had alot of trouble in that fight. My point is, every great fighter has at least one fight against a lower caliber oppenent where they dont perform well, but that doesn't make them any less skilled. You have to look at their whole career before you question their talent or skill level based on one or two bad performances.

He easily could have fought 2 more times since moving up... at a minimum 1 more time:
    Chambers
    Peter
    Rahman
    Thompson
    Brewster
    Arreola
    McCline
    Toney

**** pick anyone... I just want to see him fight another couple guys before you all started with this "Best in the HW division"

For a guy who said "the HW's are bums" and "I'll clean out the division" for a year now.... he hasn't done **** except talk talk talk... thats why I keep saying POTENTIALLY #1 HW

    Why not?
If Haye is as good as he thinks at HW, then these guys should be NO PROBLEM... Instead he has just sat on his ass and talk **** to get a fight with Wlad

I grant you I want to see Wlad face Haye the most, but a Wlad/Peter would be pretty cool as well. I just want to see Wlad tested again, like he was against Peter 05. I feel Haye and Vitali are the only two fighters that can, and since Vitali will never fight Wlad that only leaves Haye. I just hope Haye signs and we good a Heavyweight fight for once.

    :good

Because Haye wants money! Nothing else.

Evander Holyfield wants to be Champion but Haye wants $$$$$$$$$$$$.

you have NO idea how wrong you are.... on this board or with hard core boxing fans maybe.... go on the street and say Klitschko and Haye..see what happens.... come on...dont be foolish

This board only talks about Haye because of a fight with Wlad....
