Stop acting like Pavlik knowingly took a risk against Hopkins, again the only reason Pavlik fought Hopkins is because he thought Hopkins was way past prime and close to being a shot fighter who fades in fights.

 

You're kidding right? Simon was ranked 43rd in the world. 43rd. At MW. His biggest win is against...actually, he doesn't have one. AA should be embarassed to step into the ring with him. And I am a fan of AA. Just think it was somewhat of a joke that AA would step in the ring with a guy that hasn't beaten anyone and was ranked 43rd in the world. I'm ranked 56, and I've never fought.

fair enough AA didn't put on a good performance but he was never in any trouble.

 

Trust me, I won a lot of money on the Pavlik-Hopkins fight. It was a horrible matchup for Kelly. And I think AA-Kelly is going to be a great fight. It's a toss-up fight. I just don't think AA should be stepping in the ring with anyone who isn't at least in the top 20 in the division. Tell me you had heard of Lajuan Simon before this fight was announced?
