Khan showed a lot tonight, he made the most of the situation, but it was hardly his fault MAB was cut, and what a cut! I have not seen anything like that in a British ring, since Honeyghan/VacaI.

Khan obviously has greatly benefited from having arguably the greatest conerman in the game at the moment there, but Roach did not fight the fight, Amir did. Khan was poised and rarely lost his composure, in a very mature performance.

The only down side is, Khan clearly is concerned about his chin and seemed a little skittish sometimes. And on the rare occasions that MAB did connect, he seemed almost relived that he (Khan) took the punches. These are demons that may never leave Khan's game, but I think he will become a little more confident if the victories continue.

Well done Amir Khan, I figured him to win (why else would Warren risk his main man, if he was confident of a victory?), but I did not expect Amir to be so good.

Khan wasn't wobbled, as some people are stating, took the shots well.

Well done to Khan, shame about the cut. Would have liked to see more rounds, however MAB was in trouble before the cut. Khan deserves his dues, he did was he was supposed to, simple as.

Well, expect that to get exaggerated and multiplied a lot by his critics. He'll probably have been out on his feet half a dozen times when you hear it next.

Ah. Our first catch of the day.
