It was not a lucky punch, he rocked Enzo like 5 times that round and was kicking his ass proper. He waited for Enzo to punch himself out and then took him out brutally.

Proof positive that both Enzo the boxer and Enzo the trainer are vastly overrated.

    Out getting plastered, I reckon.

Hope to see a replay of this fight sometime. Especially if Enzo Calzaghe is in the shot, looking like a bulldog chewing on a wasp again.

He wasn't being smart in his approach and it was surprising seeing him get to his feet.

i'm going to repeat what i put on the brit forum..

enzo could have won that fight easily.

    easily.

..if he wasnt so stupid....he fell for the oldest trick in the book...he should have known inside 3 rounds he wasnt going to knock this fella out...and with half a brain he would have known he would punch himself out inside 8 rounds trying...

    enzo beat himself tonight...nothing else.

he should have stood back a bit and paced himself for the points win.

I havent seen a lot of EnzoMac fights. Why is stamina his problem?

Couldnt the corner fix that in training? Does he have asthmatic lungs or something?

Enzo just isn't all that good, it really is as simple as that. Why people think he's a genuine world class fighter is beyond me. For some reason his ability get blown out of all proportion, I remember before the Haye fight some people were saying it was a 50/50 pick em fight, quite unbelievable really.

i'm going to disagree here fella.
i think with a good intelligent trainer he could be up at world class.
enzo calzaghe didnt even have the brain tonight to advise his man what to do after the 3rd...he was slapping him, making him fight harder...it was obvious he was punching himself out...a tatical nightmare..
a good trainer would have been telling his fighter to pace himself and go for the points win..
