If you bet on a fighter to win by KO & a fighter scores a technical KO, you win the bet.

So by rights, if you bet on a fighter to win a decision & a fighter wins by technical decision, you should win the bet right ?

How does this work, does anyone know ?

    :huh

Yep, they'll pay out on a points win but not a stoppage win.

Good question, sorry I don't know the answer but it maybe depends on how the bet was worded.

I wouldn't be surprised if the *******s just refunded the bet.

They refunded one of mine when I bet on Spain to beat England because they said they had put the wrong odds on their live-bet console. There was something in the terms and conditions that said they were allowed to do that, so it might be worth reading them.

Seriously? Well I'll be damned you've just cheered me up. I picked Khan UD with workmates for £100.

    Still, I'll bet the *******s don't pay.

In that case they should pay up, they did read out the scorecards and it's because Khan was ahead on those that he won. If it had made any mention of 'going the distance' or 'after 12 rounds' you could have been in trouble.

If I was you I'd still be a bit worried till I had the money in my pocket though. They seem a lot worse for welching on their own bets now than they used to be.

There is a bookies arbitration organisation if they start any pish, I think their called IBAS but hopeully it won't come to that.
