So now I'm trying to act like a genius...

I never ****ing said it's finalized, all I said is that WHY is a fight with Mora being considered but not Abraham?, I mean it's his team that mentioned they could be taking on Mora, right?, why not Abraham?

I don't criticize Abraham because I don't see like you. Pavlik's two biggest fights and wins are Taylor and Miranda. Abraham's: Miranda, Eastman and Ikeke(P4P back then).

Really, neither fighter has an awesome resume to brag about. Pavlik has not more than two fights to brag about, he's hardly far ahead of Abraham in terms of resume. You also seem to ignore that Abraham has been fighting mandatories for a long time but have the nerve to mention Rubio as a mandatory for Pavlik.

    I'm the one being unfair?

Yes I think people are being Unfair to Pavlik... There is no way he is scared of this guy. I want the AA fight right away too, but I don't see it happening until the end of the year. My theory is that Arum is trying to promote the fight and wants AA to become more marketable in the US. Its just funny how AA gives a **** poor performance and Pavlik gets bashed immediately... its almost like a smokescreen to take the attention away from AA's performance today.

There you go, move to the end of the video and you can see for yourself. Pavlik did mention he wants it then when Arum is asked he claims that no one knows who Abraham is, which is clearly why they won't take it. It's funny though, no one knows who Abraham is but Duddy and Sturm are well known?

I never said he's scared of this guy, all I'm asking for is to see the fight be made. If Abraham isn't marketable enough then how is Mora(who's being considered) or even Duddy?, you're going to tell me that those guys are more popular?

Point is, Pavlik is coming off a terrible loss to Hopkins recently and the best way to fix it is by taking on Abraham who is being hyped real good lately.

I was talking about when he was in the Ring , right after the Rubio fight. I never watched these .... of course you can see that Arum talked to Pavlik about AA before this interview.... it really pisses me off. Why do you think that almost every time a fighter is asked in the ring " who do you want next" they always say..... " oh , I'll leave that to my Promoter and Manager blah blah blah " It takes away from the great tradition of boxers calling other champs out in the ring.

Non-Harcore boxing fan's know who Mora is because of the Contender and Duddy v Pavlik at MSG would be a big money maker... not saying I want these fights over AA, just stating facts.

This pre fight press conference after Rubio. I know that this is what almost all fighters say, you're not telling me something new. I'm just pointing out his team's response about Abraham when he was mentioned since you keep bringing up his team whenever I mention Abraham and here's his team right in your face telling you how they feel about that fight.

Also if you know that "I'll leave it to my managers" is what most fighters say you will also know that almost all fighters also say that they're ready to fight anyone but it doesn't really happen and with their future plans so far it doesn't seem like Abraham is on the list.

It looks like Pavlik's team will get their wish with Abraham possibly moving up in weight.

If you believe that Mora and Duddy would be big money makers then this conversation is over, thanks for sharing the true boxing knowledge.

Yeah, like they did when he fought Hopkins, an excuse set and ready just incase the result doesn't go as planned.

Abraham's fans are the most pathetic people on this board. Abraham struggled with a club fighter tonight, and it instantly became a reason to bash Pavlik. That is deperation at it's worst. Pavlik detroys guys like Lockett and Rubio. Abraham makes guys like Ayala and Simon look like decent fighters, and somehow that's Kelly's fault. If tonights fight showed us anything, it showed us clealry that the winner of Winky/Williams is the #2 middleweight, not some one dimensional paper titlist from Germany.

On the basis of tonight, Hopkins would have done exactly the same to Abraham if not have KO'd him.

And you can check my previous posts to see that I am FAR from being a Pavlik fan.

Maybe Abraham isn't well known in the US but he's still the biggest fight out there for Pavlik. Is it beyond the TV networks to actually promote a fighter these days?

I mean if all the expert analysts (Manny Steward et all,) talk up Abraham and the TV stations show clips of his previous fights and all that **** then can they not get the message out that this would actually be a big fight. Abraham has had 10 world title fights, won them all and had some highlight reel KO's along the way.

Could the more knowledgeable fans not spread the word as to how big a fight it would be to the casual fans.

Also, would the Pavlik fans not tune in to watch Pavlik and more Europeans than normal tune in to watch Abraham, thus generating more money. That formula of cashing in on sets of fans from 2 different countries (continents in this case,) worked for decades in European football/soccer, it's not exactly revoloutionary.

I don't get this 'I would fight him but no-ones heard of him' bull****, not just in this case but 99% of the time it's said.

 Did a Pavlik fan try to insult another fighter by saying he is one dimensional when Pavlik is the definition of a one dimensional fighter.
