"I didn't even feel his punches," he said. "He's got fast hands but his punches did nothing to me, I didn't feel them.

"I just went a little crazy because I wanted to try to fight before they stopped it."

This is what MAB said regarding the fight .He stated that the fight should have been stopped in the 1st ..Said the cut was as bad in the 1st ast it was in the 5th ..He could not see any of Khan's punches but tried to press on ..Discuss !!

hes right it should've been stopped in the 1st maybe the ref was scared to stop it that early though for fear of being attacked or something.... either way it should've been ruled a no contest

Should have been a no contest, but its history now. Barrera wasnt hurt at all, I think Khan was more hurt from Barreras punches(the ones that connceted) than the other way around. Khan was wobbled atleast 2 times for sure.

Bull****, if Khan had no power Barrera wouldn't have been flying back and forth like a racquetball.

After the cut I didn't see anything that made me think "Barrera is going for the KO", I don't know if he just couldn't get near Khan, or what. But he certainly didn't make any huge effort to win the fight.

Barrera has no chance to beat anyone elite let alone younger than him...if that fighter has skills. Khan, if they rematch will be too long and tall for Barrera. Barrera is done at the elite level in this sport butt or no butt!

At least we couldn't see the butt coming from Khan...There's several occasion where we can totally see the butt coming from Barerra. Hint, like when he tried to head butt Pac and pretended that no one saw it but million of peoples was watching him.

Agree, every time Barrera turned up the heat Khan would unleach and he would pay for it. It got to the point where you could tell Barrera didn't know how to get inside. Khan's right hand countered Barrera's offense very well and very quickly.

I hate when fights end early on accidental headbutts but you won't find a more ideal situation when a fight should be stopped early and ruled a NC than last night. I would have stopped that in the 3rd.

He's got enough power, or average/slight above average. I didn't say he had one punch ko power but you can see the force upon Barrera's body as it is moved by the blows. The punches do have power. I think Khan could commit himself a bit more to the punch but maybe he's hesitant now. That left hook Barrera landed makes me think Khan's chin is still glass.
