I know this has been discussed many times before....

But I've never seen punch resistance like it. Khan only took two proper shots, both landed on the top part of his head and both buckled his knees. How is his punch resistance so bad?? They weren't even hard shots really.

It's one thing protecting your chin, but that's not the problem, Khan has to protect his whole head, because anything that lands above his eyes makes his legs shake.

I think Khan might have a Herol Graham moment sometime in his career. Outboxing somebody at the highest level, way on his way to victory and then a devastating KO ruining it all.

his chin is fine, it's just that Prescott, Drilzane and Willie Limond are among the hardest p4p punchers in the sport.

Uhm, I could see more than one Herol Graham moment quite easily. It's quite a lot worse than Graham's, and he's not half as tricky or with the same reflexes.

We know his chin is poor and it makes his fights more exciting !!

His chin just isn't good enough to mix in real world class, far, far worse than Grahams. MAB stiffened his legs a couple of times last night and he was never even a big puncher at Featherweight.

    This goes beyond poor.

I have never seen a fighter whose legs buckle whenever a shot lands on their head.

It must be because he's weight drained, nobody can be born with such terrible punch resistance.

Of course they are. There are journeymen like this, that fold as soon as they are under fire.

Khan fights like a fringe world class fighter, but has the chin of a journeyman/bum.

I think Khan fights like a genuine world class fighter, because I could see him beating some of the top guys at lightweight, if only he didn't have such a terrible chin.

Romanov, katsidis, david diaz, julio diaz and peterson are all beatable if khan had a solid chin.

Getting dropped and hurt by real punchers in one thing, getting dropped heavily on your arse and allmost getting KO'ed by feather fisted Willie Limond is another thing all together. The only reason Willie dident KO Amir that night was because he was so shocked at what he had done and dident know how to finish him.
