he turned pro at 18 and has beaten who? tyson, naz, mayweather and pac were all champs and easily at world level by this stage....Khan has not past domestic british level. the excuses for this kid are embarrassung.

the kid still fights like an amateur, if he hasnt made it by now he never will.

when it becomes a common opinion that amir khan outclassed a man the calibre barrera your damn ****ing right i have a problem with the hype this kid gets. disgrace to the true legends of this sport that this gorified amateur is compared to every world champ under the sun when he hasnt beaten his domestic rivals..... boxing fans? my arse you are :rofl:rofl

Just because those fighters did it doesn't mean he has to do it like they did.

he has not past his domestic level and is being tipped (and will surely get) a world title fight before the year is half over.... farce???? how can you defend this ****?

not forgetting that warren was lobbying to have this fight as a world title match, what has happened to this sport? was this fight world chapionship boxing material? you tell me.

which of those guys mentioned fought in the olympics and were top am boxers you would normally find they might take abit more time to adjust to the pro ranks after coming from that level in the ams.

haha god...with sports nutrition/training almost a science now, we have people in their late 30s and 40s looking as good as they did when they were kids...now here is khan who is 22. it sounds kinda foolish to say that a person doesnt mature from his early 20's to his mid 20's. he may not amount to much at the end of the day but you don't know that.

mayweather was robbed in the olympics and tyson....wait what? do you know what the hell your saying? the ams are a different ball game from the pros, and mayweather and tyson were far better ams than khan, as was audley harrison LMAO

like i said, the excuses are mind blowing.

your hate for this kid is blinding you...HE IS 22 and still has time to correct some of his mistakes. i could care less if he does or doesnt...and b/c i don't care and b/c i don't hate this kid like you, its plainly obvious. will it happen?? who know?? but crazier things have happened than a 22 year old kid learning from his mistakes as he gets older.

How do you track replies ? I've been trying to do that. Anyways, my point is that fights with Manny and Marquez were competitive. I'm sure you know that you dont judge a fight by looking at judges score card. Each round can be close but clear for one fighter.

i watched the fights homie. agreed, mab vs marquez was closer than the cards read, mab vs pac wasnt. you seemed hell bent on proving that barrera wasnt shot, and that he was given a 'boxing lesson'. the way i saw it from the get, bad fight for both of them. proves nothing. and, the was no lesson being taught.
