faster or not, who gives a ****? khan should become an elite fighter first so that the 'speed' argument would make more sense. Speed does not translate to your capability in the ring.

Yes. Khan has exceptional handspeed and is a top tier offensive fighter. His chin and defensive flaws will prevent him from being a P4P type talent, but he's probably top 10 in terms of handspeed.

 

I could be wrong but, I think Kahn dosen't put power in his punches which makes him look faster. Once he puts power, it would be about the same speed.
