well thats where we differ then bud. The guy is the world champion an d coming to Dunnes backyard - mucho respecto for that. I will quietly clap the guy as he walks to the ring.

I support Irish boxers but I support boxing first and foremost. Let the best man win! Hopefully it will be Dunne though!

i dont think anyone said boo

but we dont have to be as nice about it tbh.........

for example as cordoba was walking out how would he react to chants of DUNNE DUNNE DUNNE

the guy is getting paid serious money to come here and we all know how much the mental aspect of the sport comes into play

Unfortunately i will be conducting myself professionally this saturday but if i wasnt i would be leading the crowd in verses of the fields of athenrye!

Booing is not the Irish way its what seperates us from the animals:rofl.
Respect is all well and good as was said this guy expets to be booed and a big loud remdition of the fields of Athenry as he walks to the ring would freak him out big style.

I'm already nervous as **** about this one. Anyone who knows me or has been with me to a Bernard fight will tell you how nervous I've been before all his other fights.
I have no idea how i'll cope with this one. Chances are I won't get out to see the undercard, I'll just be upstairs in the bar chewing my nails and not talking to anyone.

Should be a good few from here at it. I'll be the weirdo sitting up in the O2 club mumbling to himself before the fight if anyone can manage to come up with a few words that will placate me and wants to settle me down

Nice one with the youtube link. **** me Macklin looked very clinical. I won't call it world class, I won't call it spectacular. It was cold blooded, stalk him then chalk him up as as another victim.

If he can stop bouncing from one trainer to another (presuming he finds the right one) then he has the ability to be in the mix top 10 wise

Hello Shamrock, how are you "mucker". I hope you are enjoying your Saint Patrick's day. I have been off the drink for lent, but in the time honoured tradition of all good Irishmen, that fast will be broke today and today only, when I drown the shamrock. But before I join my friends in the bar I will be attending mass with the wife and children.I will light a candle for "wee" Bernard, while I'm there.

Happy Saint Paddy's day to all out there.:hi:

It looks like the O2 promotion is on the verge of selling out. So its more good news for the sport here.
