Drop down to 175 for a grudge fight with Clev and then Joe for ****ing up his career with his wank training methods.

The best fight for him would be an immediate rematch.

Not very likely though I fear.

Get a new trainer, take a few steps back, take his time building up his career again. Go for a domestic or European title and keep busy with a few defences then go for a title fight but he needs to go back to the drawing board as far as his skillset goes imo, he made Bruno look like Larry Holmes the other night.

and he could easily win a rematch - with a better trainer who got him to pace himself...

    but...like you say...not very likely.

A new trainer is not the answer,Calzaghe was there for all his big fights and has done well with Enzo.A rematch would be good for him and i think he would win it,he learned from his early loss to Swaby and can do the same this time.Im gutted for him he worked very hard to get to the top and has been shut out after the Haye fight. That should not have been allowed to happen Enz put everything on the line that night and it was a massive fight that really got people watching the sport. The way Banks was allowed to **** Enzo about then get the Adamek fight was a disgrace.I think lack of motivation played a part in what happend on Saturday. If the rematch does not come off id say put him in for a British title fight and then push for a Euro belt.I hope Enzo can get back on track and put Saturday behind him quickly.

I'd like to know the details before commenting on whether he needs a new trainer or not.

I feel Enzo has improved drastically since switching to Newbridge and everybody seems to be forgetting this.

Obviously if Enzo has neglected him he needs to find someone else, but, like I say, I'm going to reserve judgement until I know the full facts.

ola has to fight in 90 days before a rematch. He has to fight for full version of wbo title at them moment he is interim champion so enzo may see a rematch take a while.

He needs some good sparring with good americans because he looked baffled by ola's defensive style. He then needs to fight a decent operator to tick over before going in for one last shot or a rematch against ola. he isn't finished yet but people say his power is so great well he has been found wanting when he's stepped up against better operators. sometimes fighting bum after bum doesn't help he need more fights like braithwaite one where he was in with a decent operator who didn't fall over after three punches

Enzo said himself that if he lost he would be back down to domestic level. He should go the domestic/Euro route before stepping back up to world level.

i am not sure he is a world level operator, he certainly hasn't the boxing brain of a world class fighter, anyone with half a clue what they are doing could have realised after three rounds they were not going to stop ola, but macca kept whaling away and missing, hitting arms etc...where was the boxing skills? the ability to pace a fight?

enzo needs to have an honest look in the mirror, stop believing the hype that he has world class power, he doesn't, and concenrate on his boxing skills which are actually quite decent.

he def has to fight more often now...How long is he tied up with Frank Warren for ?
If he can get back in the mix by getting himself the British belt an then getting himself a a crack at the european title he can surely get back into the mix soon enough...
    Everyone likes the big man!!?...

It can’t be easy for Macernallei being stuck between the Warren/Calzaghe ongoing squabble. I very much doubt he will continue to box but if he does, I would suggest jumping ship to Mick Hennessy.

I loved his comments about the Taylor –Froch fight. “This isn't a case of a young fighter on the way up taking advantage of a big name on the way out or two old timers cashing out with a big payday - this is a real fight.”

I like Mick and I think Enzo would be a good addition to his stable.

Enzo is a blatant case of mismanagement, there is no doubt that he has some talent but he has been feed a stable diet of bums for so long he hasn’t improved at all… I feel sorry for him because since his defeat to Haye his career seems cursed. He has had more cancellations and setbacks then you can shake a stick at. I think all these things have contributed to his obvious lack of desire. (I think Warren lost interest after the Haye defeat to) MMA isnt that way to go for Enzo either.
