Valero will end up ranked as a higher ATG than either one. He's the most vicious puncher in boxing and getting better all the time. I never make these kind of predictions so early but I've already seen enough.

pac's style has always been that of an offensive juggernaut even in his younger days. that why almost all of his wins whether they are against prime fighters or not are in a dominating fashion where he wins most of the rounds and then KOs them.

jmm on the other hand due to his primarily conservative counterpunching style will tend to have more competitive fights and look somewhat less dominating in his wins even when he eventually KOs his opponents. again, this is whether against prime or non-prime fighters.

it's really just a difference in boxing style between jmm and pac. but they end up being the perfect foil for each other whenever they fight. that's why they're rightfully the current two best p4p fighters in the world.

I had a funny "argument" with Scatterbrain and a Hattonite about how Valero will knock their boys out..lol

Also hoping it's true Floyd will be making a big announcement this week..Pac's time will surely be about up then..lol

Juan Marquez has won and lost to some good African American schooled fighters in their prime. Many Pac HAS YET to beat a African American schooled fighter, or a great Caucasian fighter...IN THEIR PRIME. Beating an African American schooled boxer is NOT the apex of accomplishments in boxing. I do not mean to say this to sound like a bigot/idiot because I am not accusing/painting one race of fighters of not doing this, just the individual fighter...and if my opinion comes across as being bigoted, Eastside Boxing moderators please erase this thread because I am not a bigot. Please do not ban me, and I will apologize to the forum administrator as well as its fans.

I believe that Caucasian fighters have to beat Black fighters, and VICE VERSA in order to be considered great. The same goes for Black and White fighters...they have to face/beat Mexican and Puerto Rican fighters, and fighters of any other race...if they are an elite fighter. Basically I will say it in a nutshell. As long as you have defeated or at least fought every type of mainstream boxing style ethnically at your level IN THEIR PRIME, you will be respected by me! That is just my belief as a boxing fan. Deep down I think many feel the way I do.

Gene Tunney is penalized in history because he drew the color line. Jack Johnson is penalized because he didn't defend his title against black fighters even though he fought them before he won the title. Marciano is respected by me because he beat African American fighters. Any elite fighter imo has to have fought every mainstream style of boxing. Pac has not faced an elite black or white fighter...and therefore is NOT pfp #1 on my list. As long as Floyd is out of boxing...right now Joe Calzaghe is the best pfp fighter in the world. When you face every style of boxing, you are respected by me as pfp thee best in the world. Cal and Floyd have done this!

What? OK its a well known fact, Boxing is domanated by Hispanic's and African American's but that is HARDLY a requriement to be considered P4P #1.
