Not really because the only similarities that Hopkins and Mora have is that they can box ..Hopkins being more techncal Mora more slick but of course they are leaguse apart ..Now just so you know I hope Kelly seperates Mora's head from his neck but lets not act that this doesn't have the potential to be an ugly fight especially with the way Mora fights ..And if for some strange reason he is down or flustered say like (WILLIAMS /QUINTANA ) I don't have the faith in Loew that he has the right game plan to make adjustmenst on the fly ..I take him as the type to think that the same stragedy works for every fighter ..This is why he felt they could KO Hopkins ..They better not over look Mora because he has that ugly style that could win a fight on pts ...Thats all im saying ..

Well, let's trot out another of my "weak an excuse". The general public does not care about this fight. Pipe Wenched sat damn near ringiside for Pavlik's last fight and almost cried at the lame **** he was hearing from people trying to show what they knew about boxing. Yet, they were buying the 'good seats'. So is it important to Pavlik's career right now? You might not like the business aspects, but they are what they are. That is why AA is talking about fighting Forest next. It would set the fight up. You think HBO wants this fight so close to Pac/Hatton? I doubt it myself. People love to hate Arum, but he has the experience to know what he is doing.

Reg, I like you Reg lol... Reg, Pav is not fighting AA...in your opinion why? Do you agree with arum that AA has to build himself up being that he has been a champion longer than Pav, so that it could be a big money fight...forget who we believe is champ. There is nobody at MW, and i'm getting scared for both fighters because both have trouble making 160.

AA fought a solid guy, and Pav fought a tailor made guy. Sooner or later one of these guys will lose, and the phony "I told you so's" will reign in this forum. You got Pav fans rooting for Simon, and AA fans rooting for Rubio, what the heck is that about? Why isn't this fight(AA-Pav) being made? Second, who is the champ at welterweight?

Mora does have the kind of style that could stink the joint up pretty bad. Back when a double header was the rumour a few people mentioned Mora for AA. I said I did not want to see Mora on the card at all, because he is a slippery little ******* that might manage to survive 10 or 11 rounds with AA.

Even Jack thinks Mora might stink the place up. And he might do just that. However, I think Kelly's assesment that Mora is Rubio with no power is about right. In fact, I think Rubio is better than Mora. If Mora tries to open up at all, KP will close the show right then and there. If he tries to run all night he'll get the same treatment Rubio did. Whenever Rubio tried to move right, he got hit with left hooks. Whenever he moved left, he got hit with right hands. Mora will get the same treatment, BUT Mora CUTS. A few well placed left hooks and that ****er will be blind as a bat.

This is Pav and Arum's last chance with the boxing public. If PAv fights Mora, and AA fights Forrest, and both win, and this fight isn't made, then i have no choice but to blame Arum. The fans would then turn on Pav. At this moment, fans are wondering why this fight is not being made, and they are getting a bit restless. Neither guy has star potential. Both are super talents, but they ain't...and will never become Sugar Leonard.

Arthur just lost 4 rounds to the #43 middleweight. Get a grip on reality.

You know...posters here really don't respect your posts. I'm not trying to be funny. BigBone exlaxes on you daily because you come up with such assinine thoughts when talking about Pav. For once in your life be objective...I guarantee fans will show you some respect lol. You looked like a fool when you posted this same garbage before Pav fought Hop, and afterward you looked like a fool...and then you went into hiding.

Posters, isn't this like creepy to read lol:nut. Wepner knocked Ali down... Pav lost every round to a 43 year old man, and that man was about to be-bop him and his cornermen some more after the fight:lol:. Foreman stopped Moorer. Buster won every round except the 8th to tyson. Catch my drift?

Jack Loew: Double the ****ing jab.

Great to see Pavlik fans already trying to trash the Abraham fight behind a performance against a mando Abraham probably didn't give a rats ass about. If it's such an easy fight, keep beating the drums to make it happen, don't start creating loopholes for why it shouldn't.

After you figure out Simon was a voluntary NOT a mandatory, please make me a list of all the fighters against whom Kelly made the double jab work who finished on their feet.

Boo, do you any feel for when this fight is gonna happen? Is the hold up because Arum is afraid of AA, or does he just wanna make a few extra million$ before they finally set up the big one for all the marbles?

    :think
