De Leon is so-so. He was getting outboxed by James McGirt Jr. when he knocked him out, and he recently got decisioned by Fulgencio Zuniga. Technically, he's not very good, and he's a bit on the slow side. Green should be able to beat him. De Leon is about on the level of the Contender guys.
